Worst possible solution by kotak in last three years we have never been able to use it properly because if slow responses and the app goes into loop when we try to approve payments. For 10 transactions one will have to c rash the app and relogin 10 times third class app

App isn't working at all from yesterday , even when it works it's extremely slow . News in the app is so unnecessary 😊.
Would give zero stars, if that was an option. Corporate banking app for a premier bank asks for an update that is not on the play store and stops login for transaction approvals. Is this a joke?
Absolutely useless. Was down for around a week, and has been "updating" for more than 6 hrs now today. Reboot does not help. (And please do not ask me to mail to your social mail ID).
I have reinstalled the app but it's not working. Hope the bug will be fixed soon.
Please don't provide services if you can't update the app. It gets stuck everytime and there's a glitch of a white round buffering screen and the app is stuck. Please provide proper resources to the interface and overall technics for the app to run smoothly.
Keeps saying Invalid CRN! And this is not the first review that has a similar issue.. I hope someone is listening ! Update : after emailing the customer care with required details, still the issue remains unsolved. Why make the app when you don't care to solve a users problem.. I seem to have wasted my time in trying to improve your app!!
Application is asking for update, and when i click on update, its updated already. Not able to open it.
Utterly Disappointed. You guys are old school with Clumsy interface and news, sensex. Pls go minimalistic with faster loading screen. My Rbl, icici, Corp bank apps have fingerprint unlock, quick beneficiary add, passbook, clean interface. I took a current account, registered my crn in this app. When I tried to use It says you don't have permission.

All of a sudden after the major update not able to login, getting error "Please insert the sim card and try again", even the sim card with registered mobile number is inserted in the mobile.
No transactions of CMS showing under pending approval since last 10 days. All other features are working.
Always love to use Kotak dital services. Its most user friendly app.

M rating here 1 star because I don't know how to rate the bank, the worst banking experience ever, I just recently opened account it took 10 days to open an account they provided me with info that all the documents needs to be sent to noida in physical copy, I don't know it's true or not. I opted for 10k as AMB and they opened for 25k. The sales person saying that they will degrade the account to 10k, but that is totally unacceptable. I would rate negative if there has been an option.
Unable to login to the app, keep getting error message "INVALID CRN" however CRN works fine at banking web portal. Your competitors like HDFC bank removed the app from the play store when they found flaw in the app and provided older working version. I think kotak bank needs to evolve to be ahead of their competitors. At least provide an older working version.
Needs improvememt and overhauling... Not as per expectations.
Very basic app. For a corporate banking app, it doesn't have search feature. The financial news at the beginning is dated and is not updated.
It's a very easy way to transfer money without going Bank, plus built up on management principle of Maker Checker system which gives percision to transections...
Nice application for approving CMS payments. However it keeps on getting some niggling issues now and then. Over a good experience of using it. Makes your task easy.
Basic functionality like switching the app from one mobile instrument to another is not well supported. The response time taken by the support team is unacceptably long.
after the last update it has stopped working. very annoying and upset. all my work were depending on this app and all of a sudden it has stopped working.
"Sorry the app doesn't supported your version". This is reflecting on my android screen. Not able to register even.
