App is not working on my mobile, for health quotation after put all details when calculate the premium,the premium is not showing and it's problem coming after update the version 11.11 software of mobile..plz help to resolve.
Confused app. No differences between Kotak life and kotak general insurance. Searched for life insurance, shows general insurance. Why can't differentiate different icons or switch over from?
Asking to uninstall other applications. For example, the app wants me to uninstall all auto click application used for gaming which is ridiculous. The developer need to remove this nonsense.
Extremely terrible service. They have mass of unprofessional employees who will follow up with you regularly till they get the payment. Once they receive it they will disappear like a ghost no matter you are waiting for your policy. They don't reply our emails and receive calls and makes an excuse of delay from the concern team who issues the policy. I have done the payment on 25 and I got the policy on 30 that too after chasing them regularly. So, please don't do any policy with this company.
When I upgrade my photo in Android 12 this app can't run.. what's the problem???
App doesn't allow sign up and new login, otp login etc. Also dont find life insurance. Don't find the use of this app.
Guys don't take any endownmemt insurance plan with kotak.You will loos your money in such a complecated term and conditions. You can take the policy online but if you need to surrendered the policy they will create alot of problems.It is very difficult process and chargeable also. Very unethical process.
Worst customer service! Enquired about the insurance they gave and asked to wait 48 hours, it's been 7 days. When I asked again for update, sending same idotic mail to wait 48 hours again. And they have one fancy number to contact which is always busy or switched off. To conclude they even have escalation team, if there is no response i.e contact us if there is no response within 3days, 5 days and 7 days. When it is about health and the service should be excellent which is opposite here!!!!!!
Poorly built, jomoption to forget passowrd. Even existing password shows error. Poor navigation

Very bad experience on Term insurance pls don't take any insurance from this ...after cancellation 25 days kotak decided no refund on my amount this is reality so pls don't take any insurance..

Worst app. First registration for car insurance. No proper guidance .captcha not working at all .wanted to enter details of my ne kotak car insurance. Dissapointed that it was not working properly . On the whole dissapointed .
