There's lot of scope of improvement. There should be more line charts marking the changes overtime. Could include daily changes to NAV. You could really refer to other comparable apps like GROWW to see the amout of details they provide.
Contact us tab in app not working it indicate that kotakmf not interested to hear their customers issue. I also facing a issue about allotment of unit at next day NAV(16 /03/2022) but I had applied on15/03/2022 before 3.00 pm and kotakmf already acknowledge it with mail.but unit alloted at higher NAV...No one resolve matter.. Saying we understand it sir but now we can do anything on customers care number.
While making lumpsum transaction the amount debited from bank and the order is in pending status. This is the worst application. Iprutouch is the best.
It's website is not working properly. Software developer is not fine. It is showing usear name and password is incorrect every time ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ‘Ž please improve your service 👎
App needs lot of improvements in terms of improving the overall experience of buying, selling and viewing portfolio. Seriously lacks against other competitors when compared to user experience of software provided by majority of other fund houses. Kotak should revamp its app as soon as possible !!
Poor performance . "Contact Us" feature always show server down . Above all no customer care no in this app .

NAV date is nowhere mentioned. This is the basic disclosure required for MF Investments. Asking this requirement for so long. However, KMMF team is simply ignoring this. Hats off.
The app doesn't support UPI mode of payment. I have not faced any transaction related problems like app hanging while doing purchases although the mobile signal in my village is poor. But you need netbanking to invest in Kotak MF via the app.

Is it a Joke. Can't manage an app how can u manage my funds. Keyboard doesn't open at all. But the bigger issue is that it has been like this for months. I had to switch to Axis Mutual funds. Lost the investment opportunity while waiting for this app to get fixed. Finally found better fund Manager having better customer experience.
Useless interface. After entering username, password, get OTP and enter the same, it simply says "your login expired, log in again" - Same thing repeats every time. I am tired of it and uninstalled. Not every one can make and run a good app.
When trying to log in, the keypad doesn't pop up as it should in any normal case. And u just can't get past the log in screen only. They need to look into the matter seriously. As a person just because of this may not able to enter his account and buy funds when he wishes to
Worst app. Most of the options do not work and give error sign. Kotak should focus more on easy customer service. The entire app needs to be revamped. Should take inspiration from ICICI MF and HDFC MF apps
Horrible app unable to login using finger print or security code. As no fingerprint gets recognized neither keypad comes to type the code. This issue is happening only in Android 😡😡😡😡. In iPhone it used to work fine. Fix this Severity 1 bug urgently else it's foolish to even have an app.
App is ok with all basic features same as their website. One feature I definitely want is the ability to generate account summary for ELSS based as this statement can be used and submitted as Tax saving investment proof. Currently it has folio level account summary but it will be great if they add same at Folio + Mutual Fund level so we can filter ELSS vs Non ELSS.
Poor app. Poorest customer service. The website is even the same. The transaction command did not go through and was declined due to incomplete form fill. Yet the website and app took new purchase command and deduct the amount. Did not receive emails that new SIPs have been registered. Was shocked when all the unsuccessful attempts of SIP registration started debiting from my account. They dont pick customer calls. And neither respond by mails. Didnt expect this when coming from big brand Kotak.
I was unable to create folio after filling all the information. No option to include lump-sum investment with the SIP. It requires the cheque book image of the bank account to be uploaded. This is not asked by other mutual fund houses. Registration is confusing. I could only start the registration while starting a SIP but couldn't complete due to error.
This app showed the loading icon rotating for a very long period of time and nothing happened in the end. Waste of time! Couldn't even reach the login screen!
Insta Redemption UI Interaction is confusing. First link says "Insta Redeem". Inside there are two options: 1. Quick Withdraw, and 2. Withdraw. I have already selected Insta Redeem, then why does it ask again? I got confused as it seemed similar to ATM like Quick Withdraw option with selectable amounts. I needed a custom amount, so I selected Withdraw. Result was that I got the money late. UX needs to do better job here.
Finger print is not working, Even when trying to login through pin even mobile keyboard is not displaying on screen، this is a big issue۔۔! Try to resolve as soon as possible through an update.!!
Every time I try to login with this app, an error message shows " Your Session has been expired",even after entering correct I'd, password and OTP , I am unable to log into my account. Please help.
Not able to open the application
One of the worst apps developed and maintained since long time. Either the fund manager isn't interested or the developer and tester of the app had slept while developing such pathetic app. Nothing works in this app. Can't by, can't redeem can't even check the investment made for a time period . After using this app, I am planning to keep myself out of this mutual fund
