This app is misbehaving a lot after the recent update. 1. Everytime I start the app there is an error message displayed which indicates an internet connection issue, but there isn't such any. 2. Profit loss percentage value and the amount is not updated at the runtime. I need to refresh it continuously. And even after one refresh it doesn't update need to do the same multiple time to get the updated value. 3. The app has also become a bit slow than it was previously.

Recently the app is not doing well. It constantly hangs and the responses are very slow. Very often it shows network issue even if the there aren't any network issues. There were multiple instances when i placed order but the order wasn't placed because of the glitch in the app. I would suggest that the developers take the issue very seriously.

My app has changed the way we search options. Before i used the scroll option to select strike price and call or put. Now that option has gone. The scroll and select system for far more user friendly and quick. Now i have to go to option chain then select strike price. It takes a lot of time to load option chain. New feature is not good.

With high speed internet it gives error that something went wrong please check your internet connection. What's the point of app if doesn't work when you need most. I just lost much since i was not able to sell on market drop. Worst experience. Stock app should never stop working else people would lose so much. Never expected this from kotak. Still not able to login. So much helpless.

The app is very buggy. Most of the time it simply doesn't work and keeps throwing error 'internet connection lost' while I am connected to net and other apps are working. Other times it doesn't generate the access code and ends with error 'Invalid data' though the user name and password is correct. Hope this gets fixed within a day or two before I start trading with another trader platform.

Pathetic Sidebar Navigation! The sidebar navigation list must be well sorted. One should not scroll down to reach Order and Teade Reports. It should be on the first screen. News and research are not frequently used so must be placed at the bottom. Scrolling sometimes lags in Android OS. It's frustrating to use keyboard while placing or selling order while viewing the LTP. Screen must be scrollable when keyboard is open. There's no good report viewing system. Please improve your UI.

now these days even if better network first time when opened the app it shows"something went wrong. check network connection". after that on second time it opens normal. It happens every time. And yes charting could have been better like zerodha, upstox etc. so that it is easier to do technical analysis. most of the time it will show error messages.

The app as certain issues: 1. The process of login is too long and tedious. In an profession like stock trading where conditions change in a matter of seconds, taking such long to login is very incompetent. For every login I'll receive an email and sms is plain stupid. Enable biometric login. 2. Unable to change the way dashboard looks. i want to look at my watchlist/portfolio the first thing after login. please enable me to do that. pleasa look into it.

Worst ever app. I open my account in Kotak just 2 days back in less than 60 min it got activated. But the the interface and the performance of the app is very poor. When I open this app phone got heated and battary started draining very fast. Even its difficult to hold the phone that time. Initially I thought the issue is due to my phone. Bt when I checked with other app even different games also i didn't find it heating. And the moment I stopped this app and delete from background phone is ok.

latest app is very much improved n easy to search options than the old app. still i feel why till date u had not incorporate the option of cancellation of all orders. its very very inconvenient to delete orders one by one. i know if u can improve the change to such extent u can easily implement this as well. in office to work on app is easy n convenient but lot of red colour on the app, red colour is easiest to view from anywhere. im sure u understood the issue. pl think. Thanks to ur IT team.

The app has issues while trying to log in. It stops multiple times. Moreover the user interface is poor and to top it off, your executives are least bothered about answering to the queries of clients. Everyone is helpful until the account is opened and after that, there is no support. Worst experience ever. I would never advise anyone to use kotak securities

Still facing many problems. 1. During placing an order, you can't see the required margin amount. 2. Most of the time app hangs and price do not update with time. 3. The closed positions looks like these are open positions and these closed positions still shows the square off button. One can confuse and again buy or sell the same. 4. App is not as much fast as it's counterparts available in the market.

Surprised that such a big name is Getting worse day by day. Nothing changed after update. Inspite of having full internet, it has issues with connectivity. It also gives message of "could not fetch data" etc. Stops working after some time. Has login issues. Always recieve two different security codes together out which one is incorrect. Dearly needs to upgraded in every way. Our hard earned money is invested. Please be responsible.

After latest update, application is not working smoothly compared to previous version. This new revised table taking longer time., Moreover, when I placed order with stop loss, after execution of order stop loss not hit. This happens frequently. Trailing stop loss is working perfect. Kindly do needfull. Moreover today 22 may, all scripts chart showing yesterdays data. Nifty bees data is also wrong This is totally unexpected. Client I'd : o5ip0

Quite average, does not open smoothly. Requires heavy internet. Just does not respond when traffic is high. update: Even after all these months, it is still equally bad. Just doesnt open and doesnt go beyond first screen! Issues still continue here. Everyday some new issue. Not sure what these guys do.

Off late performance has detoriated a lot. Frequent hangup issues. Does not respond. To slow to update the prices. Please don't ask generic questions like client code and issue. Upgrade the app for better performance. The last 2-3 updates has made it poor. Someone needs to pay attention and bring updates to resolve issue quickly. I have tried this on multiple devices, ipad etc and problem is the same. This is being on a high speed internet of 1gbps. Kotak do something!

I'm giving 1 star because there is no option for 0 stars. The app is very complicated. It is not user friendly. The app requires OTP every time while opening, which is very irritating. So, it takes too much time to open that we cannot make any intraday call quickly. So please cancel that process of generating code, instead of that, you can use PIN with password.

Login is hectic. If bank app can be logged in with a fingerprint, why not a securities app?? the recent search only holds 4/5 last searches, require more in addition. charting feature has lot of room for improvement. would be great to see ask/bid during placing order/confirming. lot of scope for upgrades, long way to go.

After placing first order on Kotak app following are my observations:- 1. Very dull and boring layout. 2. Very hard to identify whether it is delivery or MIS order. 3. Font size is too small which makes app unattractive. 4. Too much options on order section making the app complicated. 5. Very few technical indicators are available. 6. On dashboard live chart of Nifty and sensex is very good approach however color selection is poor. It should be green when market is up and red when down.

very nice app, especially when you get a feature of gtc. there is a good a scope for improvement. and experience can be made a little more gltich free. for gtc orders once when they are placed, i am not able to modify it, nor the price or the date. this i was able to do it previously but not now.

Not user friendly. Shows lesser details, charts and other information required for better trading. Many times the app doesn't work. It's difficult to keep account of the transactions. No support from the back hand staff. The User Interface requires drastic change.

Everytime there is an update with the look n feel it's appreciated, but it also comes with a surprise of bugs. When an order is placed, after placing it's not going back, giving a feeling order is still not placed. I ended up placing twice same order n now I have sold more than what I have in my account. Company should give some heads up on changes coming n can not accept such basic errors in the app.

Every time it's showing checkout internet connection and here other broker's apps working flawlessly. I have 5MBps speed so how internet connection issue come? I checkout other Securities app that I have been using at the same time and they work well. Easily open and no lags but this Koatak Securities app lags a lot. You people charge High brokerage, at least show some improvement. Your app suppose to be the best amongst other or at least smooth but it is totally opposite!

Lags a lot! GTC orders show placed, but aren't actually placed!! They don't get executed, and when you ask for reasons, all they have is technical issues!! Most of the times when you try to place or modify orders, there is "special module connection failed"!! Research reports don't open up! Have placed a complain since 6 months, but no resolution till date.

Number of glitches that this app contains gives the worst experience for trading. It lags number of times and creates problem in trading. Traders should stay away and choose some other trading platform as sometimes it does not accepts the order and sometimes it accept the order twice. Worst experience I have ever had while trading. Bugs need to be fixed and it crashes more than it actually works.

How do I get the app to remember my nickname login and password so that I only need to enter the OTP every time I log in. It's a bit tedious to enter the whole credentials every few minutes.. Edit and update. No, even after the suggestions given by the team I still have to reenter my credentials. The suggestions were valid only till the time the app was running in the background and logged in. What I was trying to do was a simple "keep logged in" option.

Most confusing app I've ever seen!! - Required to design UI again from scratch! - Quite unreadable details!! - details reported improperly & partially - Can't see total realized/unrealized p/l for a time period - left panel items are sorted improperly, use collapsing item groups I/o long list - listings require sortable grids - make things compact and precise - even dashboard looks clumsy - my investment block should show qty - no need of research, news, market movers, promotion and offer - I already have kotak demat a/c, why I see offer to create a/c again? - make listing rows compact to show more details on a single page. Surprisingly, this is the one that goes from excellent to worst and beyond. Currently, the most common issues are: | Something went wrong, try again after sometime. | Server issue. | SMS received very late | Sometimes streaming quotes just stop and need continuous refreshing. This instance is now quite frequent. | Nifty/Sensex quotes sometimes reflect incorrect gain loss figs, example, a while earlier nifty was showing gain of 759 whereas in actual it was gain of 67 points!!! !!!PATHETIC!!!
