these idiots send u a credit card whose reward rate is 0.25% per 100 rs spent, and when you ask them to upgrade or increase credit limit, they will send a query to your cibil and deny request even if you have more than 800+ cibil score, but they keep pushing u their personal loan on credit card, and balance transfer on EMI everyday to ur email and on the app. Also, the credit card although is free, they charge u the fees+gst anyway and then reverse fee only, so u end up paying gst for no reason.
This app gives several inaccurate info and also does not update frequently. MF NAVs are updated after 3-4 days. I don't have Bajaj Finance Shares gor last 6 months, but the App still shows it in my portfolio. This App needs a complete makeover. Thanks
Experience is very bad. It takes too much time to load the data. That is if one is lucky enough. MOST OF THE TIMES THE DATA DOES NOT GET DOWNLOADED. VERY BAD.
Went through all the steps and questions only to be given an error "service currently unavailable, try later". And the app closed :/
After answering all risk questions only show blank white screen

Not reliable aap. Value of one fund differs from actual. Wrote mail to customer care today for rectification.

Crashes every time on start
This is a useless app. It asks for crn number and does not login.
The app is really REALLY slow. It takes so long for the app to process commands. While it gets the job done (and is actually pretty useful) I really hope they overhaul the UX and make it faster like other Kotak Apps (which are much better)
