I like the content, however, even though I paid for a subscription, it kicks me out of certain content. It is extremely frustrating to pay for something and not receive the full benefits.
Even though I monthly subscribe it locks me out of content. That's frustrating. Otherwise when I can get in it's great!
The app I loved but even though I paid monthly the app would kick me out after using it for a few months. I tried to get in touch with support. No help. Tried complaining on Twitter page for kourtney but no response.
I really love everything about kourtney i am a avid fan of her i love her so much.
I really love this app. I love that Kourt keeps a great variety of items and ways to do things in her posts. Definitely something for everyone here. I think its awesome that she includes price ranges of all sorts too and doesn't just stick to expensive things that not everyone can afford. Im eager to try her recipes as everything looks delicious and well planned out. I have to say, this is a very well thought out app. While it does cost $3 a month, it is absolutely worth it. You can tell she pays close attrntion to quality and not solely hyped items. At first my app was having troubles but I kept sticking with it because I loved the content and it has improved significantly. I can assure you won't be disappointed :).
This app is amazing, alot of helpful information. Only two faults 1 being I cant seem to watch any videos it pops up ' You have been signed out, please sign in' this happens over and over again. 2nd being some of the pages are still locked, it asks for me to subscribe (already am) so when I click on it, it pops up saying you're already signed it. Yet still won't let me view the page. Otherwise its a great app.
So glitchy! The screens are way too sensitive, so when you're trying to scroll down, it scrolls to the side, and then when you remove your finger from the screen, it zips back up to the top of the page even though you were trying to go down. So frustrating. Also, there are several screens that say they are locked and available for subscribers only. And I am a subscriber! The content itself is good. If you can actually get to it.
Always having trouble getting on The app it just stays on the main page that only says KOURT and it never loads. If and when it loads it keeps signing me out.. Ugh... When I do finally get on there I do Like some of the things she shares about nutrition. They need to check to see what's going on if they want to continue these app's. Of course they don't worry about it because of all the other things they have to make money. Would be nice thou if they would finally fix this problem
Love the content but find the app has glitches. As a subscriber, I haven't been able to consistently access subscriber benefits. FAQs state to send yourself a password reset if having issues, but it doesn't work. You owe me $2.99 x 3 months, Kourt.
DISLIKE the fact that EACH of the KAR-JENNERS APPS. All have to be paid for! Why does one of the RICHEST families in the world need ALL OF US to PAY for their Apps! Disappointed in this family seriously.... oh..AND the APP too!
The app swipe navigation does not work, when you swipe it it goes to a incorrect page and because of this swipe feature when i am reading the articles etc i closes or goes to a other page. If you changed this feature the uset experience would be much better. This app is like a magazine so you get your worth of material for the price, at the ene of the day the Kardashians are making a business so I am not sure why people are getting upset for paying for a magazine service/blog. The fee is very small from most magazines. The content can be abit more then what it is as some atricles are so short and full of beauty products which are obviously there through advertisement service. Maybe its just Kourtneys app where the content is boring. I will cancel and switch over to Kims and give it a try. Hope this feedback helps other users.
I love Kourtney and have had this app for a very long time and enjoy the content. However, recently it keeps kicking me out, making me re-sign in just to kick me out again. I pay, and have paid, monthly for a while now...but am currently unable to access the content. PLEASE FIX OR REFUND!
All I want is to not be automatically logged out after scrolling through 3 things. I've spent half an hour just trying to get to some stupid granola recipe.
i paid and signed up and downloaded the app. However the app is not working right. after a minute or so, it comes up with a message to log in again. I tried many times during 7 day period, keep doing it. So I cancelled. It seems hard to get a refund. the app doesn't work too well.
Everything is locked. You have to pay for everything. As if they need more money. This is ridiculous LOL i wasted my time downloading this app.
App never opened past the black screen that says kourt. Tried opening it multiple times . Never worked . Stayed frozen forever

Pretty disappointed. I was a subscriber to the app. However, every time I tried to view the story, it sighed me out completely from the app. In fact, I couldn't view a single story. The app has a lot of technical issues. Disappointed.
I love this app! She shares recipes, useful beauty & travel tips. I love how she shares products and not only overly expensive products she shares things anyone can afford also.

Update. It's not loading and it signs you out automatically. You constantly have to sign in. Paying for app but if it's not fix i'll unsubscribe. Barely any new content to keep paying every month.
would be a very nice app, if not for the subscription. you have to pay 3$ a month (which isnt much BUT) the kardashians already have SO much money, yet they still keep on milking small things like this app to have even more? very disappointed.
PLEASE FIX GLITCH ASAP!! I subscribed and I love it but I can't get into some of the pages. It says I need to subscribe then I click subscribe because I already know I already did and it says great your in but I'm not because I still can't view the page I want😒
Same as Khloes app too expensive but I love it a bit more because Kourt this is so you. Just please make these more affordable for us all.
Developers please see all the comments so you know what is wrong with this app! I subscribed just now, signed up and yet it still asks me to sign up! Also I can't find a way to get to the main menu. I tried using my login on your site and can't get through. I just paid $3 for nothing. Please fix you app asap or you'll lose subscribers!
