Verification Code
- Get verification code by email. Ensure to enter correct email address at the time of registration.
Track Complaint
- You can view details of communication regarding your complaint. You can view date of complaint assigned to officer and official remarks regarding your complaint.
How Do I
- A new section explaining service procedures for essential citizen's documents. This section in detail describe procedure for obtaining domicile, birth certificate, marriage certificate, divorce certificate, death certificate, armed licence registration etc.
E Citizen
- A new section (only available for Mardan District) to apply for Domicile Certificate. Very soon this service will be available for all Districts in KP.
Forgot Password – Several users reported this option to be added in the App. This feature is now available. Forgot Password will send you the username and password through SMS service.
Message Box – This feature allows citizens to receive messages when their complaint is being processed. A great way to stay informed about your complaint and general feedback from the Government.
Notifications – Citizens now receive pop-up notifications when there is something new about their complaint or general communication from the Government.
Attach Media from Gallery – You can now attach audio, video or images from your phone gallery with each new complaint. This feature makes new complaint submission a lot easier. It is recommended to provide media files to strengthen your complaint with evidence.
Profile Update – You can update your profile, change your District if you have moved, and update your email address or other information as and when required. Keep your District updated so that you can receive District specific updates through the Citizen’s Portal.
These great new features will help you stay connected with your local government. KPK government is committed to resolve all complaints submitted through the Citizen’s Portal on priority basis.
The Citizen's Portal is a step forward towards establishing responsive governance in the province. This android based application allows the citizens to register their complaints about multiple sectors of service delivery. These complaints are automatically forwarded to the concenrned Deputy Commissioner for appropriate remedial actions.
Citizens can upload picture, video or audio files in support of their complaints to ensure proper action by the concerned quarters. This app also allows the government to communicate directly with the citizens to make routine and emergency announcements. Public polling are also made to collect the concerns and preferences of the citizens in real-time.

URGENT!! There is no category list added to "government service matters" in complaint module. The category list is empty and you can't just add one by yourself, so you can't summit your complaint. Your stay stuck there. I want to summit an urgent complaint regarding "government service matters" but this app don't allow me to do that. Please fix this immediately. Thanks
This app has lot of area missing. And also there is fix areas no other type of complaint can be registered. For example if someone want to register complaint for violation of government lock down in an area so where we can put such complaints. 2ndly unlawfully new appointment of jobs. Etc
App needs to be updated on daily basis. I am trying to register from last two weeks but the error message shows, No response from the server. Very disappointed 😥
I have registered two simple sort of complaints so far but none of them have been resolved yet. Their status shows resolved and positive feedback automatically. useless app really.
Worst app. It doesn't work regarding the complaint. From the very beginning it doesn't get register and says, your number is already registered on another account but I haven't used it yet. So its it's useless nothing else.
Plz improve this app .. I am from chitral ... In the price list menu prices the prices of items for chitral is missing.. also most of the menu options are not workings. plz update
I just install this app but it is not working. A popup screen is appear and disappear instantly. Please resolve the problem as soon as possible
very poor app version right now... only e citizen menu can be retrieved and complaint section is in working condition... no other section is working like food prices, jobs etc... so wasteless app
Sir please add an additional click button for a reminder to the concern department. Because many departments not submitting its response. I have 17 complaints and no one is resolve yet.
I did not expect this type of app with full of bugs from KPK governoment. Why I try to change password it shows no server response and when I try to create new account it shows no server response.
1 thing i have noticed that the public announcements are not announced regularly...secondly it should have a sound also...if one does not open portal then it must give a notification on phone...
many files didn't open,old version is very good working and every files open,this version is shameful.
Please add a 'Poke' option to an already registered complaint because sometimes the authorities completely ignore the complaint and later on forget about it. Otherwise the app works fine.
I was using this app and it was working properly but now like the govt itself it's down to zero,nothing is functional and no data is update even my previous complaint record is deleted.i wish I could give it black stars
I forgot my credentials and when requested code for new password it said that code has been sent to your mobile number,but that code did not arrive at my registered mobile number. I tried it so many times but no result. kindly resolve my issue. Thanks
Excellent app, specially the new update Mera bacha Alert, we really appreciate govt efforts. It will also very appreciated, if the food price update on daily basis.
Installed the App but uninstalled it after I could not register as "Server is not responding" since ages. Poor service.
Pathetic, again and again server is not responding, delete this app and instead of this stunt try to launch something that realky helps us to register our complaints
Not good enough. Just 2-3 features of this app are working others even don't open . Really disappointing.
It is a good app, appreciated. Need to launched soon domicile feature for other kpk distric. Also expecting an app for applying online for new driving liscence.Rasta app is widely used in punjab for applying online for driving lisence.
From the last 2 weeks i get one msg, no response from the server. Try again. If not going again in work plz let us Know then we'll uninstall this app. Thanks
Most of the menus are not even clickable apart from complaints. Please make sure to add make all those feautres workable
No verification code received despite of registering it more than 3 times. Such a useless app just showment.
Worst app, tried hundred of tyms to login even with valid CNIC and password.it responsds Server error .... What the hell is this... Rest in peace Pakistan
Why I can't make complaints it's look like its not connected to online server it's show all time that could not connect to server.
worst of worst app everytime a try to register it shows no response from server . Today dated 09-06-2020 After receiving your reply I downloaded the app again same problem this is not only my problem everyone has this problem you can't even make a app run, I'm wondering how will you be running the department. May Allah Bless us and Pakistan. You are totally fail. Who ever assigned you this task is a bigger failure then you. Enjoy your job and take free salary👍
This application was good during previous government. but it is bakwas right now. because there is no one to speak against it. don't waste your time on it. thanks
Iam trying to login from yesterday but they shows no response from server so please solve this problem for login sittings
Dear Developer, There is too many bugs which need to be fixed like when you open the app and tap on any option after few seconds it say no response from servers and when you tap the back button this time no option will work. just fixed these issues so we can take advantage hopefully you can get this done
