KP HRA/HSA/FSA Balance Tracker

Totally does not work! I'd give it a minus if I could. Yes I'm a retiree with a HSA card, cannot get the balance. Not surprised since yes I used to work for Kaiser, that's about right

If i could give this app negative stars i would. it wont let you log in, it forces me to change my password every time, but still wont let me in. This app never is functioning.

I can't even log in! Used the same password and username as online and I can't log in. It's completely useless.

Half the time you have to change your password

Changing username is not option, which is not good seeing as how it is contains the last 4 digits of your social. The claims provide no detail for you to figure out what you're actually paying for. All this is good for is telling you how much is in your account, which SHOULD be something that we could do in the other Kaiser app. Finally, the hoops you have to jump through for initial login is ridiculous.

The app will not let me log in stating wrong user name/password. I than change it I still can't log in. Terrible app

Why have the app if you can't use it.

can't log in - it just says my password is expired but no info on how to re-set.

An app this bad is probably an unsecured app. I don't even feel safe knowing my information can even be retrieved from this app. I have nor been able to login since day one. I just emailed the support email listed in the app and the EMAIL BOUNCED! I didn't type in the email I clicked the link, no mistakes made.

You have to contact Kaiser Health Payment Services (number is on the website). Your user name is not what it says on the Mobile Access page. So you have to ask them for your actual user name and password. Once they set up the password, you need to log in on the website to change the password. Then you can use the app to log in with the username they gave you and the password you just changed. Once you get in, you can see your accounts, balances and claims. That's it. Doesn't even seem to be a way to upload receipts. (Maybe you can if you add a new claim - I don't need to do that.) But you can see your balances which is probably the most important thing for the app. Do everything else on the website.

My login that works for all other KP sites does not work in the app. Pretty much renders this app worthless and I plan to un-install this waste of storage space.

Don't download until the fix the app to match with your login... Suppose to be easy and convenient but its not... Only gave one star because of the fact that they have a app... You just can't use it...

It kept saying my ID or password was wrong. Uninstalled!

Your login is not the normal login. Fix this issue.

I agree with the others. You can't log in using the log in info from the website so what's the point?
