The app opens but i can only access the home setting no hourly, dailys, or radar. I've tried uninstalling& reinstallinh more than once& carefully checking the app settings. Just doesn't want to work. I am tired of trying. I'm just going to leave it alone until i hear that it has been fixed!
With the new update, the app won't even open! I should've left well enough alone and not updated it but with the weather I wanted to make sure everything was up to date which then backfired. Why put out an update saying performance improvements when there was absolutely no improvement! Fix it
Definitely not a good app anymore!! It keeps freezing and not opening! Was trying to see about the tornado warning we just got couldn't even do that. Yall need to fix yalls app!! Also there is no update for me to click to fix it has been doing it for a while now!!
WORST VERSION YET! It freezes contantly on both platforms. samsung and i phone. The radar picture is better and that earned it a second star. The 1st star is for opening. some times. Come on KPLC. you can do better......UPDATE......Still a trash app. I will be downloading another app. come on guys.
I love the up to date info! I feel these guys do their best to keep us informed and really care about putting forth the most accurate predictions based on the facts and their knowledge! Thanks!
I love this weather app, especially when we have bad weather,bad winds,bad lightning I get an alert. Thank you
Would give it 5 stars if the temperature would update like it used to every hour or so. I have to open the app for it to update.
Keeps getting the weather wrong. Radar is showing lightning and rain all over and nothing happening. Then I look at different app and there is no storm. 3rd time this happened.
App crashes every time I open it... just uninstalled and reinstalled and still doing the same thing.
love this app for the simple fact that u can plan ur day out in advance. u really can't predict Louisiana weather but they can get it close enough. most of the time they are on point. good job kplc weather team
For some reason there is a little bubble that keeps popping up and it's always in the way I have done everything I could to get rid of it I need help to keep it off my screen plz and thank u
I watch the news and weather every morning .Ben is my favorite.I try to watch it at other times also.Y'all are a great bunch of people.I luv all of y'all.Very emportant news and weather for hurricane season.I like to allways be informed by the best.
We love our KPLC 7 NEWS AND EACH EMPLOYEE!! When we were stuck near Lafayette La.and were trying to find out what was what with Laura and them Delta..their news was awful..one of the guys acted like he was about to fall asleep. possibly he was sleep deprived. But the weather broadcast was terrible..
Worked great until i let it update. Can't even switch to any of the other screens to see the radar or forecasts.
Tonight the app is working and has videos if you scroll down, and I see the website had the video back on that page too, Thanks!
We rely on KPLC 7 weather app for up to the minute forecasts, and the Lighting notifications are a plus !! Awesome app 👍👍✔ A #1 OK in our book !!
App don't stay current and keep up, always have to bring it up to get current conditions.

This app keeps opening up without me without my permission. Its VERY ANNOYING!!! This feature needs to end KPLC! #kplctv
It was great until I got a new phone. Now it doesn't work. I'm using Android v12.
The alerts are always delayed. I get the alerts after the storm has passed.
What happened to my alerts? I searched and there is nothing on settings to control it. This is just stupid!
It used to be a great app. I drive a truck and used the follow me setting. Now it doesn't work.

Really good app it gives me all the information I need to plan my day. I love the new things they have added.
All in all, this has been a good and somewhat dependable app. We depend on weather updates on a daily basis on our farm. Lately, over the past few months, the app has not been updating properly. The predictions have been extremely off. Also, it would be wonderful to be able to share info from this app. The share icon is available to click onto. The app does not share.
