We are suppose to watch 10 video per hour to collect heart but I can't even watch 1 video in 3-4 hours they are sending me same messages again and again for 4-3 days "ads are temporarily unavailable". What's your problem??? It's really irritating. And in the last minute of voting your app suddenly crashed. So many people of our fandom couldn't vote and we lose. I really really hate it 😑😡

App always crashing. Sometimes when I tried to send heart to my friends, the app just shows empty list even when my friendlist actually full. I need to go back and open the app again. The ads. It is so hard to watch ads. I need to try again and again until it shows.

IDK bro why they always decided to upgrade and lag in the midst of last minute of voting. They also deleted and restricted some accounts without valid, credible, and appropriate reasons. That doesn't sound right. Definitely not recommended app. You can find the other best voting apps out there but not this one. :)) This application lacked some more compared to other Korean voting applications I have used in the past.

The app crashes from time to time especially during hot time. The only way in earning hearts is watching through ads, usually you could watch 10 ads per hr. Although because of the poor system, the ads are usually "temporarily unavailable" even after hours sometimes you can't even watch ads. So how can you even earn hearts? Please fix the issue.

Everything was working at first. But lately the app has started giving me issued. I am constantly getting bummer from heart box and I no longer get the heart neither from attendance and level bonus nor hot time log in. Also, there is no reward from image and video post again. My daily heart still zeroes until now. I actually want to dump this app and give a zero star rating (if I could). I stay because of my idols. Worst app ever!!!

After the update: not able to watch ads. Every hour. I cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled ~ nothing. I'm only able to get hot time/ attendance/ friends hearts. I've set an alarm and I've been using this app and the other Choeaedol app. No ads

This whole voting system is inconsistent and unreliable. Suddenly you're changing your rules of voting when we're doing just fine with it--you banned our top voting fanbases without proper reason and removed the friendlist function. Not to mention the app is always crashing down when mass voting starts, we can't watch ads most of the time, trying to gain hearts is almost a struggle instead of a convenience, and most importantly, your system is biased and you treat our idols like trash.

"I'm sorry. You are not able to use "My Friend" function for a while and "Advertisements are temporarily unavailable", please fix this mess. Everytime that there are a mass voting, it keeps on crashing. Please, upgrade your server.

Worst app ever! It's been a long time users having the ads problem but nothing has improved. This app is frustrating especially when you're trying to collect hearts but the ads is always unavailable and crashing.

Please fix it ASAP! The app always says that I already reached the maximum ads per hour even though I haven't played any. Also the heart box goes the same, the bummer always appear even though I haven't had any of the heart box. I hope you could fix it soon.

Let me just say, when I wanted to sign up for an account, sure I agreed to privacy and policy and Terms of Agreement but the problem is, everytime I fill up the form that needs the Email, Nickname, Password etc. It keeps crashing. It also says I have unstable internet connection but my internet was high-fiber well, there was nothing wrong with it. Please fix this so I can vote now for my idol groups especially today.

I think the best function of your app was the "Friends" function. You know how challenging it is to send every 30 minutes all those hearts to your friends and delete all 300 so that you can add and give others too. I loved that challenge. I don't have to judge you developers, I really believe you're giving us your best to give us the best voting experience as possible. Your app is also difficult to understand since you don't delete old notices under the "notice" section and minor errors but 👍

App crashes so much. I've been updating but there's no improvement. There are features that still doesn't work like 'my friends', advertisements are not working most of the time and the heartbox lags.

I'm very disappointed to this glitch App! Completely useless! Can't Add friends, can't watch Ads, and always crashing. The system is weak. Not doing anything to fix what's wrong.

One star is generous enough to choeaedol. If i can give minus star i will give it. It is hard to open ads. The app is error sometimes. I did a mission and fairly played it but do not get rewards. And the customer service of this app is really the worst. I have been a fangirling for 14 years and i can said that this is the most annoying app that i ever use.

There have been many changes to this app which were supose to better the service , but in my experience it's getting more srtessful and full of bugs. Today I cleared data and now I can't login into my account with facebook. I can't update. How can this issue be fixed? This app brings fans together from all around the world. You can share pictures and info and have fun while supporting your faves on special events. ARMY's you can join and spread your wings!

In these past few days i doesnt get any attendance or check in heart at all. I just have two of choeaedol app in my phone. I try to re-install it but still not receive any of it. And its getting worse because i cant get any video add at all. Its always said its temporarily unavailable. I check it every hour and still the same. Can you fix it please? I already use this app for three years and for first time i felt so disapointed.

I can't gain ever hearts because i cannpt view ads. Even though i didn't watch any ads it said that the limit has reached. I always vote a day but my accumulated votes was still the same from the very start i downloaded the app that's why my level is still 0 and that's annoying.

The app was working fine at first but has started giving me issues and I have not been able to watch any ads at all. It buffers for awhile then says ads are not available. Please fix this ASAP!

Upon checking the reviews it seems that after the update, you'll not be able to watch ads and it seems true as 2 of my devices can still watch ads while my main phone cannot ever since the update. PLEASE FIX THIS!

Nice apps. But there is only problem that I don't like coz Every time I watch ads to earn hearts. It didn't working at all! It's frustrating.. I hope you can fix it.. my signal is stable I can watch YouTube and others but when it comes in Choeaedol apps to watch ads I don't know why isn't working.. ...

The app can't handle massive numbers of voters, it crashes. I cannot use the friends function and cannot watch ads properly, how can I earn hearts if that's the case? [edited] I cannot use the app properly even though I updated it already. It also banned some users that vote FAIRLY. this app is so trash

I am constantly getting ad errors on playing the video for the hearts. And not only that, my app did not get updated, I had to reinstall the app. Please look into these issues.

if only i can rate this app with no stars, i would have done it. the app crashes especially in hot time and when fandoms are mass voting. some of the large accounts can't enter the app and you banned some without reason. the "my friends" section won't work, it's our source of daily hearts and we are having a hard time collecting hearts. sometimes it don't even play ads for us to get ever hearts. in short, this app barely gives you hearts to vote and the server is trashy and weak.

It's worse than the other app. When I try to start watching ads it shows "10 times exceeded this hour" when I haven't been able to watch a single ad.

My app keeps on crashing especially after the update so I wasn't able to use my votes. I lost my daily votes and am not able to gain hearts. The ads keep on crashing too.

I really enjoyed collecting hearts and voting for my idol, but it needs to fix something on this app because I can't open ads most of the times saying ads are unavailable temporarily, you need to fix this immediately.
