The app doesn't work. I have re installed twice. Book flight tab does nothing.
Terrible. It says you need to upgrade the app in order to use it and yet there is no option to upgrade the app in the Play Store. Encourages clients to go to other airlines instead. Sort it out.
Does not work at all. Every time you search it says "oops something went wrong".
It's too slow. It takes forever to load just everything.
What the point of having the app if you can NEVER book through it. It keep telling you contact us contact us! The entire point of getting the app is so I don't have to contact you and can do my thing smoothly from my couch!
App could use some improvement; starts by asking if you're in the UK. Why? It's Kenya Airways. I bet British Airways don't start by asking if you're in Kenya. Second, it doesn't allow you to hold a flight reservation. If you access flights it means you MUST be ready to pay, why? Also, so many users are suggesting improvements, why have these not been responded to? Use a Kenyan developer, stop outsourcing everything.
They don't respond or give refund, i tried contact them through email and calls since 2020 March. I got nothing.
Giving it 4 stars because it doesn't pick and pool bookings under same frequent flier number until one enters manually. There's definitely room for improvement.
The app is good in general but the system has removed 2 letters from my name after booking for some reason and there is no way to contact them to fix that error!!
Mine updated very well and the new version is more friendly. Keep up. Local destination should be also pocket friendly a high fee and few passenger ain't a good way to go
The person at the check-in counter told me that one of my flights doesn't have media screens and that I should download this app to have access to entertainment options in flight. That was a blatant lie. There are no entertainment options on this app.
Very efficient and user friendly.
I do not know what happened to this App.It says upgrade and there is no option to upgrade.What's happening though,it used to work perfectly but now its so pathetic. The Technical team do something.
Found this app really useful for when I was going away. Nice to see the count down and how many days I had to go. Showed me where to book in and check out. Got rid of it now though as not going away.
Very bad experience I booked for flight and went to kenya office to pay I paied Then got ticket through emails When I start my flight while I'm boarding I was shocked they cancelled my flight without any information Or calling While as they had my email and phone number Call center not answering Asking for help at airport no response Until closure of boarding Missed important meetings When I asked for suitable compensation They refused Very very bad experience Not recommend kenya airways at all
The App requires upgrading which after commanding doesn't even do the upgrading itself. Such a waste of people's time!
App says to use it, you must upgrade to the latest version but this latest version does not exist. It's a very very poor show
I've just downloaded the app and it requires an upgrade. The upgrade is not available hence I cannot use the app at all.
Your website needs to be checked, it is very difficult to input destination, the dates keep popping up, please check your website!
This app use to work for me now it always says I have to update. Once I click on update there is no other option. So, I will have to use another airline.

the "My flights" section doesn't inform about flight status and doesn't even allow to check directly; one has to memorize the flight number and go to "Flight status"
Worst app showing flight timetable available when we go to book its shows not available and from last 2 days showing you are a bot i think this Application itself is a Bot (worst experience)
Used to be user friendly and fast. But after updates this app has become miserable. It's too slow.
As everyone else says, app does not work as it says you must upgrade but there is no upgrade option.
Reservations abruptly canceled, causing complete loss of trip itinerary including connecting flights, and other destinations.
Omg it keeps saying upgrade yet it keeps taking you back to play store arrrrrrgh. This is so terrible and inconvinient. Please do better
Cannot book any flights on this app. It seems as if they have deliberately set it not to book and keeps sending error messages. Poor, poor, poor and dishonest. If I could rate less than one star I would.
