Why dont you take some tips from coinbase always works great and easy to use. Downloaded your app problems logging in. Very difficult to use. Must be easier key recovery yours is almost a nightmare. The coin chooses are great wish I could purchase some and not be worried about losing them or have a lot of aggravation getting into account.
This is the worst trading application o the planet . Its super slow and in market crash does not perform . It has so many bugs that you can not even work with it and no one tries to fix them this is one of the main problem of future app.In crises and any sec to liquidation trader needs to close the position partially but when u select limit close position not only there is no option like other exchanges 25% 50% 75% 100% to select from but also you cant edit the quantity
I like the UI and what the app offers. However it is a little buggy. It takes a number of refreshes of the app for it to register that I am logged in and grant me the ability to see my existing positions. Moreover it still throws the non logged in error message when I want to view my wallets when it blatantly shows I am logged in
Soo buggy, graph keeps crashing during use. If you leave the app and come back prices will often stop updating and you also loose your login for the tabs that where not in use like wallet. So you constantly need to force shutdown and restart the app.
Ill experienced that my positions was blocked in December. I could open but was not allowed to ajust or close.. It sounds like I have been subject to the bugs. I lost all.my positions and thought it was a flaw on my phone. How comes that Kraken didn't warn us about this bugs. If its correct it exists? Is there a bug blocking orders? I contacted CF and Gary confirmed some bugs prevented buy/sell bottoms from working, but denied Kraken had any client obligations? Is that serious?
Please get the instructions correct for setting up the mobile App using the desktop..as they are not correct and unable to login to my account with this App..bit silly really and considering a new exchange unless you sort out quickly!
I'll update but... I'm not a desktop user, I travel and Mobile is kind of my all. To use this I need a desktop to get a mobile token. That's rather clunky! Like it's 2014 again. And your main exchange says nothing about the inability to withdraw my own funds until they hit a certain BTC amount? I bought what I bought using your buy in limit £15 for my grandsons first bit of coin, I cannot now I've bought btc withdraw it until I buy around £50 worth of BTC. you should have a £50 buying in limit
The charts refresh ever few seconds and resets, can't do anything constructive

Totally fake app. I waste my time and some MB by downloading this, and Don't use this if you carefully about your money. Most dangerous thing about is kraken's all official statements are fake about new listings of any coin

So far so good. The app is terribly buggy on outdated phone but since I've upgraded it's been decent. I do have to restart the app serveral times to be able to see my open positions on the chart which is annoying. Furthermore sometimes the option to add indicators and tools on the chart and other times it's not available. It would be nice to have some MA's and horizontal lines on the chart for quick tracking of the price. Rarely there's a "insufficient funds" bug that blocks me from trades.
