Literally just a menu linking YouTube videos. Better than nothing, but YouTube ruins it with the ads ya gotta constantly watch. Videos are all 10yrs old too. There is better out there.
Explains very well, guick and to the point, yet very thorough. Easily understood. I I feel it's a very good resource for self defense.
When you show the ads like install the UC browser app,we will permanently delete the your app.so don't show ads mainly UC browser app.becareful.more people have better knowledge than you also in martial arts. When some body people trying to practice the self defence by your app, they were irritating by this useless ads. Martial arts are very grateful.dont play cheap tricks for money..k.. don't play cheap ads like useless UC browser..

I learnt krav maga a few yrs ago .....this app stunned me as it is just the same .....thank you Mapbile for such a wonderful gift ..... with such a work ,I kindly request you to create an app for Keysi fighting method (or) Defence lab (or) 52 blocks , please......
It's the best..even though there are some techniques that doesn't work in reality(my own opinion)but it explained all things to know about self-defence... It is in the user on how he/she will apply all those tings...

good app but hate it when every click direct me to youtube... if you can put a video in this app or picture with description it is better coz if it just redirect me to youtube... i think i better just open in youtube and search how to hit people. good app though. hope you guys upgrade this so i can support you guys in the future.
