KREM 2 Spokane News

To many ads, I don't want to watch a 30-second ad before every video segment for news. To make it worse, it's the same stupid childish commercial. If you're going to include ads into your app, make them applicable to the person looking at the app. Don't force me to watch some childish advertisement, especially more than once. I'm deleting this app.

App is pretty much trash. Two stars because it works "sometimes". Endless notifications that when tapped upon, open absolutely nothing within the app. It's great that they have the option of reading a story rather than listening to or watching each news segment which is met with an obnoxious ad (video playing perfectly with no sound until you tap the screen) new app is terrible, switched from khq because krem did it better, not anymore....................

Really want to run the whole evening news at one time instead of story by story. I am often just 15mins late or even an hr late & want to let it run. Even if there was a clear "button" or filter to just connect each/every story from same day, that would be nice. Even if I have to watch all the commercials :). Otherwise, I do like the interface and it runs clean & quick on my Andfroud device.

Not happy with it, probably will delete and go with competitor... update: From 1 star to now 3 stars, I am now using your app again. As problems have been fixed.

I deleted this app. They have changed and removed news categories. The videos all have ads and they have packed so many other ads into the browsing and stories that its like scrolling through click bait on face book. On top of that their news has become more biased. The last straw for me is that they recently added full screen pop up ads. After that popped up I immediately deleted. It is a money grab app and not about providing the news. 👍

Has good content. It could be set up a little bit better to be more user friendly. And the morning news could cut most of the commercials so we can have a morning news show. The anchors could also be better prepped so they aren't stammering so much and looking for their spot. Anchors are enjoyable to watch for the most part.

I hate change! It's rarely an improvement for the customer. It's just another way to control and make money for owners and advertizers. This is no different. All I want is the news and a bit of the local news. So far all I see are pretty, but meaningless pictures and I have to dig even harder for the info I want.

Generally, I enjoy this app. The loss of narratives on the weekly forecast is not delightful, but the info is still fairly adequate. All in all, I appreciate the up-to-date local news. Thank you.

Way too many ads. A 30 sec ad for every short video clip. Too many notifications. Same story sent multiple times in 1 day. Clicking on notifications sends to a different story.

I live in Nashville TN,my Dad and Mom live in Spokane WA,this app is a great way to see whats going on where they are,love it!

After the update it is worse, no way to find anything and all the different categories of news and sports are gone, very very very user unfriendly. Will never download this app ever again, typical big corporation fixing something that was never broke.

Really slow to load videos and sometimes sentences are incorrect. Otherwise, this is where I get my news and weather everyday.

It's so nice to have some news on the Eastern side of this state. You never get to see what's happening on this side of the mountains because all the news stations only talk about Western Washington. This is a great app too bad they didn't have their own TV station and I could watch in my house in Wilkinson so much more going on in Eastern Washington that no one on the west side has any knowledge about

It's been a blessing since I don't have a tv or time for one to be able to keep up with current events and all the news going on in Spokane. Covid coverage as well is extremely important and a big help from seeing stats. Thank you for giving us all a chance to keep safe current and always informed.

Get with the times Krem 2. Your app is glitchy, blocky, and unappealing. Your 30 second adds are annoying and the reason I no longer use this app. This app could be way better in every way. That Includes the laggy intro.

Put a button for covid info off to the side. Most is not news or worth time trying to wade thru to get to actual news. Regardless, last update broke app & FC's when trying to access most links. Neat.

After years of using this app, enough is enough. I am tired of the biased, one-sided, surface level reporting that is being flouted as actual news by this organization. I have switched to spokesman review and the inlander, admittedly not perfect news sources either but head and shoulders above this drivel. When will Spokane get decent reporting?

KREM used to be my first choice for news, but since the update it is not user friendly - and now I go to KHQ or KXLY. The new app just has that microsoft Bing feel to it - too many ads, not enough relevant content. Please bring back the old app - it was so much better!!!

I would lile to see the app updated for us cord cutters, somthing that streams easily.since dumping direct tv, and dish network, there is a real need for local news streaming. Come on krem 2, you can do it chanel 6 did, but it lacks something.

Since the last update, the app crashes about 10 seconds after opening. Every. Single. Time. I have a Samsung Galaxy 8 Edge+

I don't like that you can't tell if notifications are on or off. I've messaged them, haven't heard back yet. Either way, there are too many notifications!! And if I can't control that, I'll have to uninstall this app!!

Unfortunately this local news app is biased and liberal af. If you want to see just one side to a story then this is the app for you. Absolutely trash!

I'm very happy with this app. Since my channels don't come in all the time, it's nice to have another news source option. AND, I know Cody Proctor, so it's a must see channel for me!!

Had to lower from 5 stars due to the interactive radar being completely unusable. Left the radar open for 15 minutes and never loaded. Quite poßibke the most useful feature no longer works will be deleting

timely notifications, good summaries. sometimes a notification doesn't lead to the story it's referencing, but no other complaints.

Wonderful channel...especially now that they have included Walla Walla, WA in their weather forecast. Excellent news commentators. We really look forward to and enjoy watching the news each day!!! 😀

Its ok. Pictures are clear but kind of big so you have to do a lot of scrolling. Its not really ux-friendly.

Love this app..i work crazy hours and dont get to watch the broadcast so i can use the app to get info on whats going on. This app is so user friendly which is very refreshing.
