Store couldn't scan app during visit; told to do as a missed transaction. Had problem submitting missed transaction, contacted help. AI response telling me to use app to submit missed transaction! Birthday reward wouldn't scan at store. Message erases when you go to take picture of receipt, so you have to type it all again. "Upload supporting document" doesn't work. How many ways can an app go wrong? No point in having the app if it doesn't do anything it's supposed to. Give 0 stars if I could.

I'm giving it one star as there's lots of room for improvement here. I downloaded the app because I was having a problem seeing the rest of the Doughnuts menu from the website. After displaying 2 items, there are no other items that they can display. It won't allow you to scroll any further. It is quite difficult to encourage use of online ordering if the app doesn't work as expected.

Ive had my app scaned many times through drive-thru and still no change (reduction) in credits. Totally useless app. I started to order on the app and decided not to add credit card right now, but rather order at the drive-thru. But now I have no way to delete what's in my bucket. Again totally useless...

I keep getting ads for special offers and seasonal donuts. I cannot order anything other than the stock offerings either on the app or the website. It has been close to two years since I last ordered a seasonal offering.

Has technical difficulties repeatedly when I try to do basic things like "create an account" or "buy donuts". Many attempts with repeated failures. Apps are supposed to save time, not waste it.

The application is very intuitive and easy to use. However, I need to be able to select a tip level that is appropriate for delivery services. The highest level of a tip value I can choose does not cover what the driver has to spend on getting deliveries done. I agree with having a minimum tip value, bit please don't limit the upper boundary of tip value selection. Maybe have a numerical entry field that is validated against a minimum tip value.

I'm mad as hell, I came for the a special promo at my local store And they said No to me, because they couldn't scan anything. The website even states No promo code needed. I asked for the special, and no one said anything about needing an email or to scan a barcode, until it was time to pay. Not even yr website says anything about Needing to be a Member. That's very uncool, and now I'm disappointed and my kids too. Thanks

Easy to use app.. when it opens while I'm there . On my last 3 visits the app would not open so I was unable to have them scan the bar code. However... I gave them my cell Phone number and it did not register on my page in the app. So I never got my points ...

Love the app, but can you guys make it to where we can redeem free donuts in the app? I would love to be able to redeem when I get them delivered. 4/2/22: Why is the price changing at checkout??? It's adding 99¢ per item when you switch over to checkout... I need answers!!!

Garbage...never works. This app forces you to order things you don't want. Most likely to fix their inventory. Order at the window. Don't use this garbage.

The app is wonderful for pre-ordering and delivery. My only plight is that you can't use your wallet balance to pay for the orders, which would warrant 5 stars if possible.

The "hot now" feature does not work properly. The employee told me it's notoriously inaccurate.

Since I've had this app I've purchased several dozens of donuts and a dozen frozen latte drinks. I've have received no credit for any of these purchases. I've both scanned the app and given my phone number for the account and neither has worked . It's just a waste of time.

Doesn't have all the menu items. I know my local store offers large boxes of coffee and more varieties of donuts. I'm kinda disappointed that i can't order all my favorites on here. Especially if i want to do a donut and coffee run for my office.

These are the best donuts so far in the world. You can even leave some for the next day they will still taste good and stay soft but they are very expensive. They do taste way better than Dunking Donuts. They're made fresh every day while Dunking Donuts travel more than we do to get to the store. by the end of the day they are not fresh anymore and alot of their stores sells them the next day and they hard and taste old they are cheaper but not worth it I Love Krispy Kreme

App won't display any menu items at all. Website either. Giving one star until they actually allow me to order through their app. Alternatively, go back onto Grubhub so I can actually order delivery.

I've always been signed in through Facebook. I recently tried to log in after a month of neglect, both through the app and on desktop, but both options tell me that "Facebook login is currently unavailable for this app." When I try to log in with the email I use for Facebook, it tells me it doesn't recognize my account. When I hit "forgot password" and type in my email, it says to log in with Facebook. This is an awful cycle. I'd like to not lose all my rewards :( Please help.

this app is impossible to use, first I wanted to get a 3 pack but it kept telling me I needed to custimize to add 3 doughnuts or whatever, but figuring out how to do that was impossible, I finally figured it out with sheer dumb luck. Then I just simply couldn't figure out how to get a pack with 2 of one kind of doughnut and 1 of another kind. Also no special instruction field.

Worthless app to begin with. But now when I open it it gives me a pop up saying "new version required. You must upgrade to the latest version to use this app" then it has an "upgrade" link which is the only thing u can click on but when u click on it it takes u to Google play but there is no upgrade option. KK obviously needs 2 hire IT ppl who actually know about IT! I have even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, gives me the same message to upgrade! Dumba$$es

I really liked this app when I previously used it but this time it's being pretty bad and giving me an Uh Oh! error message when I tried to sign after hitting forgot password, and making a new one; worked that time. But after closing the app and trying to resign in, it won't let me, even with the fingerprint way. Also! unless I'm blind, I do not see any place to save login info for easier/quicker future log ins on the app, what gives?

I use to like the old version where every purchase you made it added up points and made it easier to earn free stuff. Now it's less discouraging to buy dozens or anything else.

Error when loading menu. I just downloaded the app, and I can't even get to the menu as it says there is an error every time. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to no avail... Am I missing something?

🤦‍♀️. I haven't been able to redeem my free dozen. I try doing it on the app and won't work. Went to the actual KK and they scan my barcode, enter phone number and still doesn't give me my free dozen. I will bot be spending any more money for dozens since I've been buying a dozen erry weekend but has only tracked 12 out of all of the ones I bought and now can't use my reward.

This app is USELESS unless you want to place an order(which works the majority of the time). Purchases are not updated in the app and when you do manage to earn free doughnuts you are not able to redeem them! I have spoken with people from corporate (via email) several times with no solutions offered from their IT team. Now, this week, you are unable to login with Facebook so I can even place an order anymore!

Trying to place my very first order and it's having trouble validating the basket. Whatever that's supposed to mean.

Used to be great but lately... every time I open it the app says oops something went wrong. I can't sign in and I can't order as a guest. All my points disappeared for some reason. Not thrilled.
