Kriyo is one of the best preschool app because we can easily identify the children's activities and diaries, notifications from school. We can communicate with the school and the teache easily through the app itself

Using this App for last 3yrs, it's good app for any update from school for your kid, these days the application is responding slow, may be too many users, please improve the performance/capacity of the server to handle many requests . Rest all looks good.
Cannot reload the app without reopening it. Very annoying that such a basic feature is missing. I'm referring to the opening screen before being logged in, where no options are available. Pulling down the screen does not work, you have not provided that feature.
This app is very slow . Not able to open pdf, any videos uploaded by school.Its very time consuming...😡😡
From a parent's standpoint, it doesn't allow the same level of communication as Class Dojo. You don't have the option of messaging a specific person (for example, your child's teacher), only "the school".
Very good navigational experience. The new feature of payments is seamless and very easy to use. Clearly we distinguish the completed payments and incomplete ones.
It's working slow and sometimes I can't even open the app . I'm using broadband and still doesn't work properly, infact never got notifications on time. Facing these problems from last 8 or 9 months.
Excellent app.. very useful to parents. Things are getting updated quickly and we no need to check for dairies for the updates. I would recommend you guys to enhance this app for primary and secondary school students and also add the fees payment reminders and enable the payment through this app. as well. Good JoB. I haven't tried the app fully so rating based on the initial Experience..thanks for quick response from the kriyo support team for the initial hiccups...I'm able to login and use ...this app is really helpful I can see multiple option to know the kids activities ,to communicate with teachers ,live streaming, photo sharing etc. really good work thanks
It's really very slow. Sometimes unable to even open it. Never shows its notification and doesn't work properly.
it is over a good app. but would need some more features like teacher uploading kids pics to share with parents especially when the child is new and parents are worried back at home thinking if he is fine also teacher can share children's project work pics. Route tracker just gives notification that bus will arrive in sometime. Would be better if it can let the parent know if the bust has left the school and by when approximately can the parent expect the bus.
Customer support team is awesome!!! They are polite, prompt and persistent! Got my issue resolved in just half an hour of reporting an issue with notifications. Really appreciate your team's work Kriyo! Keep up the great work!!!

Unable to upload photos via camera mode , the application crashes everytime I launch the upload option. Have done muitple rounds of uninstalling and reinstalling of app with no luck
Amazing backend team for external support. After my son exited from a school, immediately school admin team stopped parent access to app, without intimation.So,couldn't take any backup of pics/videos which was tagged to my son. Asked school admin for pics/videos if they have, they tried also their best , but couldn't. I wasn't happy with their response. Contacted kriyo backend team,explained the issue, they are very supportive and finaly got all to my Gmail. They deserve more than "5 🌟". 👍
assalamualaikum . really its very useful app some time we don't know child is picked from school or no . in that moment just by seeing information we can come to know that child picked at this time . no other school is using this facilities. I'm very happy with all formalities. thankfull to the team of al fitrah
Really a very good application for schools and parents. Features like check in and check out, payments is really good.
good app for school and parents communication.. only problem i face is like , I dont get notifications if therr is a message.. i have to open the app daily ti check if there is any message from the school.please fix it
Very very slow. When ever I open this app, it will take minimum 30 seconds to open any photo.
App is fine. Its little slow. Also i am not able to download pictures on my S8 mobile. Raised this issue but no resolution
