Non functional, just sits on the splash screen.
This hasn't worked in months. I get all the easy to the submit button for my order and then it closes. I've updated the app uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it still doesn't work. I'm beginning to think my local kroger has their order system turned off so they don't have to deal with online orders.
My problem is being seen by multiple users. I'd expect better than this from a government app! The app will not let me login. I've been having this problem for several weeks. I'm able to login to the website, but not the app. Get off your asses and fix it or just close your damn store altogether.
This App is the same app as "KROGER" App. No "FRESH" Food!!!!!!!
Sign-in Logic Needs Further Testing. Entered existing Kroger account credentials. (Know them very well because I use both the Kroger app and Scan and Go app to streamline grocery shopping.) Kroger Fresh app displayed 'Auth token missing'. Looks like back office service for app authentication is down. Also, the API for looking up nearby stores only centers in North Carolina, even though I had entered my ZIP code which is not close to North Carolina, and was told there are no stores .
So how many apps does it take to buy groceries at Kroger? Three? The Kroger App, Scan Bag Go App and this Kroger Fresh App none of which work. All three are a waste of storage on my mobile. This app does not show the Kroger store I shop at despite them removing the deli kiosk a month ago and promising that this app would be working. now 3 have to waste my time standing in line to buy my deli items. Time to shop at Tom Thumb at least their app works.
Pretty much useless. local store not in list. No item search, just a couple of deli items. Wal-Mart's app is the way it should be! I uninstalled this useless app immediately.
Your app does not route you to the right place to even sign in... That is happening here and when you try to go to the website... And it logs you out and gives and error page..
No way to remove items if you change your mind or select the wrong item. THIS IS NOT THE FULL COUPON/ETC APP (which is still available). THIS IS ONLY THE DELI PREORDER APP.
app does not include all options available at my Kroger. i know they carry Kahn's bologna, but it is not an option!!
Doesn't work. Won't let me sign in. What was wrong with the old app. If is isn't broke don't fix it.
All it will show is to shop on line. Can't see the sales paper or anything else.
Will not pick up my location. Even with with entering it manually! 😠
It's decent when it works but it's broken fairly often.
You don't want to have to put any of them dumb pack open. It just doesn't even work the lady said that's not even the right app so I can kiss kiss or one star and it is a dumbass didn't even save us money we had to pay $150 dollars
Go ahead put that Debit.Card. number in, its safe, you will think different when that person is having a shopping spree at expense
Didn't receive the order even though I got an email confirmation! Do not use!!!
I work at a Kroger Deli so I know what I have in my case and what they have on the app is not half of what we have in the case and there's some items we don't even carry that's on the app for my store.
Always have to sign in very frustrating.
Sort of helpful when there be are items on sale.

No longer works. Way to go. You are idiots. Uninstalling this garbage and going to go to a local deli to wait in their shorter line. Thank you for being failures. Should we pay you for such poor service? I think not. 5/16/22 still a failure of an app. Why bother? Save yourself (Kroger) some money and stop trying to have something you are incapable of. This is a failure of a product. Very dissatisfied!
