This phone service had been great until last month when i received no phone service after paying for my monthly renewal with credit card. Calling customer service was useless as it was endless music without an agent. I had to quickly find a new phone service. A refund did occur finally. Terrible service.
I decided to try the mobile app after I kept getting error messages when trying to log in to my account online, unfortunately the mobile app won't open on my phone so I have no way to use my points balance to renew my plan. I've been using iWireless for years but since the "name change" I've had nothing but problems. I have a phone that I can't use and a points balance that will expire so I guess I won't be using Kroger Wireless anymore. I'm not sure why they can't get the website AND mobile app fixed so people can use it. I don't have time to sit and wait on the phone for someone to add my points to my account each month, that's if you can understand the person once you get a live person on the phone. The mobile app was pretty much my last resort and it won't open!
I like the fact of how cheap the service is , it's not the most reliable network, there are no reps to talk to if the service is having issues, they never sent me a receipt with my information, like account number.. so I can't even take my number back
Easy to use and manage my account. Great to quickly check usage and status of my plan. Can add cash now right from the app!
I'd love to be able to use this app but when I attempt to log in I get an error; "Your account cannot be accessed on the mobile app..." My account pulls up just fine on the browser.

This is the third phone I haven't been able to use Kroger Wireless app on. Please fix the problem I hate waiting to talk to representative just to renew my plan.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app and I still cannot get it to open. Every time I attempt to open this app it immediately crashes.
I just downloaded this and the app starts to open when you tap on it and then it closes before I can set my account up.
I live Kroger wireless for the price the only one to beat it is straight talk. Kroger bought Alot of towers and built to run there service of course how much is Fry's worth
Ok I think but my problem is theres no way to add my card to account it has my old card and no way for me to add another hopefully its added in future update now I need to use the website instead
When my monthly data run it when my monthly bill came up due my last carrier let me pay by the day at two bucks a day till my check came in I called in to do that here and there like no we don't offer that service maybe you should and it'd be nice when I do call in to talk to somebody who can speak English
The app works from the phone. The accounting of text, data, minutes, useage, 4x shoppers rewards is wrong.
Sucks always freezes and shuts down without permission
App does not work. Just states it can't access my account. Very frustrating!

Doesnt open. Tells me to access thru website. The OLD app worked just fine...
It has no indormation about how to get hot spot or any other apps. Just sucks!

Hey it's a good service .
Its frustrating that i cant see what my actual high speed usage is. App shows unlimited, phone shows near usage limit and then boom! My data gets WAY restricted. I appreciate the price point...but if you could just be more transparent about the actual high speed data usage that would be ... appreciated.
