This app used to cut the original image and put it on the background. Now it slaps the whole square image on a background and has you submit and pay for it without even seeing what it looks like? I have another app that I will be using now that this one has changed. Developers should change it back to the preview is the cut out version.
Won't let you make appropriate changes. You need to submit to their designers to have the picture look like the way you want. Most backgrounds are locked except 4 or 5. And any effects you apply will have Krome watermark all over. Not worth the time to even download this app.
Nothings been fixed. I've sent email after after. Still crashing so clearly you still have bugs! Please fix this issue. I enjoy the using this app!
I absolutely love this app. I didn't take any professional photos of my daughter who first two years of her life but with this app I just sent in a photo of her and it came back amazing. So I did about 8 photos and I loved all of them. Great app.

Its recently fly become more expensive but I love the app. I used it monthly for my son's first 12 months them 4 times during his second 12 months now it's just occasionally but I love the app.

There isnt a resizing option. The picture comes out too big or half of the person is gone. Looks like bad Photoshop.
I thought this was a good app but there picky about what size it should be and I figure if you want a certain size you should have a built in pic resizer in the app that way people would not have to go through the hassal and getting angry

Keeps saying that it cannot save the picture due to my gallery being full. I have plenty of room on my phone and sd card.

Krome did an excellent job making the previews better, by letting you resize and move the subject. Now they just need a way for you to save your favorite backgrounds in the app! I have to search through forever to try and find something I liked before. It would be so much more convenient if I could save my favorites! I know there must be an option on a computer, because even on the app it shows how many people favorited a background. Please make that feature available in the app! Thanks!
