HORRIBLE APP!!! If you don't have a fingerprint technology you can never relogin. Even if you do, if you get the blue login screen you can never login. Says wrong password. Same with the white login screen with login and password on same page. The only way to login is white screen with login only one page, password the next screen. ONLY WAY! HORRIBLE! Years later, they still haven't fixed the blue screen problem. WHY NOT?!?
Used it for 5 minutes before it stopped working. Wanted to see my w2 and after trying to open that the app froze. Closed out and tried to open it again but kept getting an error message saying "this app keeps stopping". Uninstalled and reinstalled twice, and now I'm unable to log into my work server (I triple checked the spelling and I have the correct server code, just keeps telling me it's unable to connect). Absolutely worthless and a complete waste of time, don't bother.
Most useless app ever. Clown shoes. If I didn't have to use it for work, I would have deleted it. It crashes for no reason and deletes itself off of my devices. Also I typically have to log into it 8 or 10 times with my credentials and even then the schedule information is not updated. Also it deletes punches for no reason creating a nightmare for time card later on. I don't know if they paid someone to develop this app but I would recommended getting the money back if possible.
Same issue as many others who have commented here: I get the error message "Security issue detected. This device doesn't adhere to security standards. Contact your system administrator for support". The app then closes. This app is completely unusable and I cannot view my work roster at all. I haven't messed with my phone using custom ROMs or anything similar. It's stock standard. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Note 8.
Half of the time it doesn't even show accurals, clocking in via the app doesn't actually function reliably, but hey, the schedule works so it's not bad
Overlay issue on main screen makes it impossible to access home button or any other button, but I can access the demo screen, FAQs, or application details. Using Android galaxy note 8, very difficult to navigate with limited functionality. Maybe someone will read this post and understand the problem, pretty useless to me in current state
I started working for kohls around November. I haven't had any issues with it until now. I have tried Uninstalling and reinstalling. I have looked to make sure it's up to date and even restarted my phone,nothing is working. I get a unable to contact server message. Idk if it's the app itself or my employer but it is very frustrating.
Since I'm being forced ro use this app for work it would be nice of it actually worked well...can we please find out why there is an overlap on Android screens that make it impossible to utilize the menu buttons on top of the screen? I have to log out and log back in everytime I have to switch screens. It's incredibly annoying.
This is the worst app ever I have locked my self out more then not when I know I entered the right password when is this stupid issue going to be fixed an I tried to reset my password an you need Franz assistance an get no were with that aswell you would think a multi billion dollar company would use something much better an easier to use
I forgot I changed my password so after 3 attempts my account was disabled again and after resetting my password, nothing happens when I click sign in even while inputting the new correct info and nothing happens

I have to use this app for my job, and being part of management it's vital I get into my schedule. I don't know if it's my phone's most recent update or the app, but I can no longer get into it. Keep getting a message, "Security issue detected. This device doesn't adhere to Security standards. Contact your system administrator for support."--I need this fixed!
I have to use this app for my schedule.... I've used it for quite some time and it worked fine until about a month ago or so...I have a galaxy note 9 that is up to date and now when I open the app i get a pop up that takes up the whole screen that reads... UKG workforce central Security issue detected. This device doesn't adhere to security standards. Contact your system administrator for support..... I've Uninstalled & reinstalled and still nothing!!. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!!
Annoying that you need to log in again and again. You should also be notified whenever your schedule changes, and be able to see what changes were made.
Unable to connect to server. Non stop trying to connect & it will not allow me too. I need it for work & my schedule and can not access
Buggiest app I've ever encountered. And my pay depends on this! Third call to IT for a password reset in as many weeks. Sign in process is by braille. No option to view your full input as you enter password or to use your security questions as an alternate. Part of my work responsibilities was to assist colleagues in the use of this app. Confusion with it was almost universal. Nothing remotely intuitive. Luckily just a few more weeks and I'm done with this nonsense, hopefully forever.
Very helpful!!! Accuracy and speed of changes made to your schedule both are amazing. The only thing I don't understand is why isn't there a shortcut icon for my screen I have to go to the play store to open it every time.
Looks like it runs on a older system. Wished it gave a clearer view of schedule instead of list like it should just be a calendar. Having this problem where it decides that I need to login back in everytime I open the app.
This app is a load of absolute rubbish!! I downloaded it Excatly like I was told to, put in the password (your DOB) like it told me and now I can't even access it!! That doesn't bode well seeing as I need in order for me to work and I don't have the time nor the energy to keep on uninstalling and installing this app all the time! Whoever is behind this app needs to read these comments and deal with them ASAP!! Not happy at all
Really really really bad. The app constantly closes by itself and makes my phone freeze. I can't get it to stay open for more than 3 seconds before it causes some kind of error.
Can't even use the top toolbar because it's covered by a gray bar. I've seen several other reviews all with the same issues. Apparently you're not concerned AT ALL when it comes to fixing issues.
I don't care for the view of the schedule. I wish there was an option to change to month view or even better sync with personal calendar. My employer changes the schedule a lot so entering info manually to my calendar is definitely not working!
Not the best app, keeps losing login for your workplace, so have to keep resetting.
I literally have had to reset my password 3 times because it will just stop working after a few days. I've wrote down my password and everything to make sure I'm not just forgetting it. It's legitimately just the app not working. Furthermore, resetting it on my phone will not work. It tells me I can and then pops up an error when I try to.
