This app is starting to get extremely frustrating. Over the past month I have been having issues with seeing my schedule. Or anything besides my name and grow your career. I cannot post shifts, pick up shifts or see any messages. The app randomly works for like 2 days and then crashes the rest of the week. The app used to work perfectly, and whatever change you did made it worse.

Worst app I've ever used! It logs you out constantly, disabling the fingerprint login, doesn't even work half of the time, and currently it's requiring an update to use it. We'll, there's no updates available! You don't need to fix this, you need to scrap this piece of trash and get something that actually works, preferably one that you're not writing the code for! I can't check shifts, I can't see when someone needs someone to cover a shift, which costs me $! It's affecting my livelihood!

So I’ve been using meows for years. The app itself is fine but how has it been out this long and there is still no easy way to access it on the iTunes Store? Every single iPhone user needs to go to safari and then know exactly what website to click to get an external link to the download. Also over the past year and a half mine along with may others schedules and links beyond he support have just disappeared. Sometimes it was for a few hours other times it was for days with no warning. Leaving employees to have to call up the store every shift to see when and if they worked. The kicker is the managers also relied on this if they didn’t print it out prior and would have no idea. TLDR. Suck it up and work something out with Apple. Figure out why the app is having reliability issues. And or provide some sort of alert when and if it will be down to send to people. Or better yet have one to let them know when it’s fixed. It could be as simple as a mass email or something.

This app is horrible. I haven't even had it a full 3 days and it's already crashed. I can't see my shifts or anything really all I can click on is HR self help and that doesn't do anything for the issue. I absolutely hate it. I just started I need my schedule, plus I've had to changed my password 6 times in these three days because every time I try to get in it says my password is incorrect even if I know it is. I even tried on the computer and nothing worked. This app is horrible.

This is a pretty awful app...even when you consider most of it is just linking to the website. I've been using it for years and the login system for this app is still one of the worst I ever seen. It goes whole weeks where the app states credentials are invalid but the same credentials work perfectly for the website. The fingerprint system on most phones helps to manage the fact that you have to change your password frequently to one you've never used before...as if you're securing top secret classified documents. But occasionally the app will simply reject the fingerprint saved password forcing you to reenter it. And if you can't remember it? Time to change your password on the website, which still remembers your password, and then wait two days for the app to update and finally, type in the new password. Try any earlier and it will just keep telling you that your credentials are invalid. The worst part is, the overall app isn't too bad when you consider it just links to the website for most info...but if you can't get past the "Fort Knox of employee logins" then it doesn't really matter. Just use the website and try to pretend this app doesn't exist.

When we first switched to krowd and the app became available I was really excited, and it worked great at first. Now it logs me out every time instead of allowing me to access my account with a fingerprint or a pin like it used too, if it even let's me log in at all. It's frustrating and it's definitely time to fix it. it used to work great, wish It still did.

This is one of the glitchiest apps I've ever had. Luckily, this is the only negative thing I've had to say about Darden, Darden is awesome! However, it forgets my credentials very often and tells me my password is wrong when it's not, so I cant see my shift and have to call the store. Additionally, it wont register my time-off requests, and I dont get notifications for messages. I'm not sure if this app is only for apple and not android, but it could really use a fix.

It was working just fine as long as it remembered my credentials and I could sign in with my biometrics I had set up. But I accidentally logged out once and now it won't let me back in. I can't remember my login so I tried going to the website. Click forgot login... Nothing happens. Click find/activate... Nothing happens. It basically just refreshes the page. And of course no such option on the app itself. I used to be a professional web designer and developer. This needs serious work.

Too many issues. It wouldn't let me log in after so many trys. Then now I have connection issues? I have no internet/wifi issues but when it comes to this app. It's odd how when I first used it,I had no problems at all. Now it's super buggy,it keeps logging me out through out the week.

Worst app I've ever had, and it's essential to my job. Has issues connecting with server often, redirects me to the main site when looking up info (which makes the app seem pointless), doesn't allow screenshots of my schedule, makes you relogin if you visit another app, overlay glitches sometimes to display two home screens, back button doesn't work to return to home screen, so you have to use a drop down menu to navigate instead of just pressing back... it's frustrating Update: Still the worst

I have to log back in with my user id and password constantly. Im talking about every 3rd time or so. And because the user id is not one that we get the option to create, instead its one that is assigned to us, I never remember what it is. Adx to that the fact that we cant use the "forgot my password" option from our devices, it makes for a real nightmare, considering thats the only way to check my schedule. Whenever i bring these issues to the attention of management im met with frustration.

Nothing but issues with this app. Even after the update I still cant hit the myshift button and it work. It always says error occurred contact system administrator. Even when other people look up my schedule on their phones where the app works for them it gives them the same error I get. I am a CTL and work janitorial for a few hours a day. I went to pick up a sets shift for a friend and I couldn't do it because this app doednt work. When I even use the full site on my desktop it sends me to the manager dashboard so I have to generate a schedule report for myself just to see my schedule for the week.

Hate this app. Constantly logs me out. Which causes me to lose out on shifts being released because I wont get notified. This app crashes ALL the time. So many bugs. One time I had to call my bosses to make sure I wasn't fired. Half the time you log in and it just shows the HR SELF SERVICE block and that's it. So frustrating. Hate that this is the Platform Darden uses.

This app is great when it's working properly, which isn't very often. I have to have my password reset by my managers every 2-4 weeks at work because it just spontaneously decides to kick me out. Today for the about 6th time since I've worked for this company since January I had to reset my password again and yet it still won't let me in. It's incredibly frustrating never be able to get into this app and then I don't have access to my schedule or picking up shifts, or request off

One of the biggest problems with this app is, although it informs you there are multiple swap requests, it will not list them individually (on a single page) like the website. So I reviewed and accepted the swap request displayed on my screen, but the app somehow accepted the second request (which was not displayed on screen) instead. Other problems apply to log in, like other reviewers have stated.

It's a decent platform when it works...increasingly seldom that it does. Can't see my schedule, swap/pickup shifts, request time off, view pay-- so basically everything. Nevermind getting to the actual website is sketchy at best. So that's a trash alternative.

Constantly crashing. Forgets usernames. I have to delete the app and re-download it twice a month because it says "unauthorized access" when trying to log in but then works immediately after downloading the app again. Overall bad

I was randomly logged out one day and I can't get back in to save my life. This is the most user unfriendly app I've ever had. Honestly having every single thing I need to do my job be walled away from me by a bad app makes me seriously thinking about quitting. Darden get your act together. I can't even reset my password by myself. What was the point of the security questions!

This app needs to be fixed asap! An update was done about a week ago and now no notifications come through. I used to get all notifications on my phone and my Samsung watch. As a result I am continually missing out on picking up shifts. Please whoever is responsible for this app get it fixed. This is not good at all.

Tried on 3 seperate devices. Continues to crash and the gives an option for an update that never happens. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. Will not work. "A new version of KrowD (OTA v32N) is now available for download. Please do not minimize KrowD app"

Honest to goodness i dont understand how this app can be so uniquely non functional. The log-in feature is so saddeningly crippled by random nonsense, and having to reset my account every time I fail to provide a fingerprint in time is so stupid. I shouldn't have to completely redo my credentials every time, especially when I know my log-in without needing a fingerprint. There's no way to reset your login on your own, a manager has to do it. It should not be this difficult to do something simple

App recently updated and is now logging me out for no reason, saying no login saved, finger print isn't working either. Sends me to activate my account, then says my login is incorrect (even though I used it earlier in the day) and I don't even know what time to come into work to get it fixed. Absolute trash

Buggy mess, most recent update made it unusable, there's an uncloseable popup forcing the user to update, but the update button does nothing, and it's permanently embedded into the screen, so I can't access any of the app.

This app is so wonky. I'm trying to login and I know my username and password but it won't apply. I'm like ok I'll reset the password in case I have it wrong. Nope it won't let me. When I click the forgotten password button it just brings me back to the same page. This has happened before. I called my job and made sure I still work there and since I do they don't understand the issue. They don't have a direct number to call about these issue. Or if there is a number, it's not easily available.

What children did Darden hire to make such a broken app? Messaging does not work properly. Notifications flat-out don't work. Very poor on-screen indicators for EVERY function. Poor storage use on devices. Duplicate functions leading to different-format screens. Glorified hyperlinks to web pages used in place of direct content. Overbearing app "security" (can't even use screenshot func). This application is a joke. For fun, several servers and I mocked up a better app than this in an afternoon.

I just got hired but unfortunately I might end up having to bypass the job because I can't download the app on any of my apple products. Articles saying go to the App Store but nothing shows up... I try to go to the main website but no log in portal is showing up... I need it going forward for work but it's pointless if I can't even download it... Not really worth the headache... Definitely needs improvement

Well, every other week or so, I would use my fingerprint to try and log in and the app wouldn't recognize me. So, I would try and try and try and try. But, it still forgot me. Then, when I tried to use my password.. It couldn't seem to remember that either. Needless to say. Every other 3 to 4 weeks I would have to reset everything.. As if I didn't have enough passwords and biometrics already well thought out to begin with. One can only come up with new passwords soo many times until you run out

Awful app. Not easy to use, it's hard to find what your looking for a lot of the time. Randomly crashes. I can't log in far too often. Just a horrible app all around. If I didn't need it for work I wouldn't use it.

Terrible and it's the only option. Please start over. Out dated, slow and functions when it wants to. Glitches regularly and has trouble updating. Me and several other employees have had issues on account of it's glitches. There are other apps much more superior in collaborative functions between other users. This is owned by a multiple million if not billion dollar cooperation there is absolutely no excuse... I'm deleting and re downloading it currently as it keeps logging me out. Conveniently!

Cant get into my app because after logging in with user id and password it asks for a pin. wont take my pin and there isnt anyway to recover or reset, even tried uninstalling and reinstalling app. UPDATE. Dont know what you did but its working now!!! Thanks so much for responding to me, and fixing the issue. Everything is working now as it did before!!
