The route #18 ( Montrose Drive/ Fort Hill) is the one that I use on a regular basis. I am a disabled senior citizen, and this route is very convenient for me. The drivers are all very polite and professional and the rates are very reasonable. I recommend KRT as an alternative way of transportation.
It won't show realtime routes, no use only reason i use this app. I just looked under what's new and it says fixed so buses display on realtime routes on July 15th and that's when mine stopped working so what ever y'all did you messed it up cause it was working fine.
This is a good app it provides information on bus routes without having to look through lots of papers however I noticed you have not updated your app in two years it keeps crashing I suggest a firmware update.
helpful sometimes, and I am elated that it is because 𝕘𝕠𝔻 𝕗𝕠𝕣𝕓𝕚𝔻 you call them with a issue. Whoever answers the phone is RUDE 4 NO reason. & WHERE R THE CANCELED ROUTES LISTED AT? I thought I missed the 3:00 bus to KC, I called KRT and meanl@dy interrupted me 2 say that route has been canceled 4 months! She said many routes were canceled but she CANT TELL ME WHICH ONES??!! WELL NEITHER CAN THE APP. & I GUESS THE APP DOESNT WORK ON SUNDAYS EITHER realtime routes is showing nada!
As bad as everything else is about the KRT. The dirty seats on the bus to always making route changes without informing us. To the trolley driver that raises his mask up constantly during a pandemic.
extremely inaccurate most times, not good for knowing where a bus is but better for having a slight gist of where a bus might be sorta.
I Love it cause I am regular Customer going back and forth to work and anywhere I want to go also it's always on time

Cheap way to travel. Some drivers have an attitude problem.

Drivers are rude to me i had cash in hand Dunbar bus leaving transit he waved and turned there was 2 other people there on outbound side across from charleston town center and its not the first time either I will start filing complaints

Doesn't even work you can't figure out what buses yours and if you do it just stay still it's a doesn't tell you what street it's on I know my way around computer quite well but this thing is too complicated
Not even supported on cell phones without route shout wth is up with that and when i click down load nothing happens
I used to love this app until it stopped letting me scroll right on the real time routes, to see the scheduled inbound and outbound of a specific stop. I hate having to switch between parts of the app to figure it out. please fix, it has been this way for a while now.
