Apparently the security of this BANKING app is comprised if it's loaded simultaneously on more than one device. Why isn't the app secure? All my other banking Apps allow this. Perhaps you should sack your developers and get a secure customer-friendly app. Developer email address doesn't exist. Wanted to correct my name on the app (a banking app 🤣 which was quite happy that the account name and app name were different!!) Had to wait 2 days for it to be changed by head office
It would be nice if you would stop asking for marketing consent. No one likes to be marketed to. It's annoying. Edit: still very very annoying. Like being harassed by street vendors.
The team behind this app is freaking clowns 🤡. Asking user to disable "developer mode" with security concerns as an excuse !?!? Seriously!?! Please.... mind your own business. If you don't want USB-Debugging then find the way to validate just USB-Debugging not the whole Developer Options. Customer Service is a joke as well. Keep talking on how secure on disable Developer Options while have zero knowledge on IT security.
Latest updates brake the app. Apparently when attempting to launch the app it opens a browser window instead with a message saying that it cannot open on a rooted device, but my phone is not rooted. It must be your latest updates. Please fix the issue!
Since the last update (February 22, 2022), the app no longer works. I have been using it for over 2 years, but now it will not run. It just auto-closes every time you try to open it.
I can't use the app while abroad. And it thinks that my phone is not secure, which is weird because I know my phone is secure. The bank's mentality is still in the 80s or 90s - backward thinking, and can't catch up with the way of the world.
The app is always slow or can't connect. Most information on the account history are useless, you cannot see names, business or type of transaction or any kind of transaction information.
Normally very good, but a recent update means it now can't be used. I get a message saying my phone is rooted (it isnt). Fix this quickly please.
Take time too much and show unable to proceed sometimes when click on each menu on the app comparing with other banking apps 😵💫 Actaully, when comparing with all the apps I have on my moblie 😓
I can not open the application, and it is jump on Web browser and show this message. For your security, the system will block your access to KMA on a modified device (Root/Jailbreak, etc) . Please use KMA with a secured device.
Won't let me do international transfer also won't let me pay my electric or water bill . This app has many options unfortunately many just don't work and no reason why .
Very terrible app , with registration keeps getting the invalid information.

Update: promos are limited and run out before I can get them 😓 I changed phone number and had to go to the branch to do it, I will need to go a 3rd time as it's not updated for credit cards alerts 👎😅 Great app, wish they had a customer service via chat
It would be better if the application has a note or remark shown in the transaction like other competitors.
Unable to open app - it fails and open browser with URL like "appshielddetected" while device is not rooted and doesn't contains any app shields.

Poor access ever. Constantly error especially at the end of month. Need to be improved like other Bank.
It is normally good but it now cannot use. It shows that the mobile phone was jailbreak but it was not.
Guys, if you cannot enter the app and it said you've rooted, try turn off the developer options. Hope this helps p.s feel bad for blaming at the app😔 btw ui could be better
The app keeps telling me that I use a Root/Jailbreak device... EXCUSE You, I just login the app normally last week. I'm going to one of your branch and close my account. You've depleted my trust.
Takes forever to open the app even with faster internet. Other banks can open instantly.
I found salutations....Android operating system, go to Menu Settings / Settings > and turn off Developer options menu / Developer options and access App KMA again.
Not the worst, but not great. Forget password UX is horrible, worst of all my experience. Satisfaction survey is a simple check-box that the app has it, I doubt any useful improvement insights can be derived. Inside the app is decent, but nothing to wow about. Set it up right, and never forget your password or call centre for help. Forget password is a nightmare. Call centre staff are actually good, but not authorised to really help you.
The DOB input goes per month, I had to tap down each month to get to the correct date, there isn't a search bar. The notes section for payment does not work, the payment pass however the transaction fee costs baht 50. I have never had such a terrible experience. Horrible finish, this app was launched without testing.

I also have a problem with login this app. It forces me to go to its website. And I cannot use the figures on this app anymore. I don't know how to fix it.
If you don't open the app every month or so, your bank account is locked. I had to go wait at the bank for an hour to reactivate my account. This happened 3 times already. What's the point of the app when I only have fixed accounts that update every 6 months.
