I have ordered twice and both the orders are above 700+ using different payment options. Both the times I got payment gateway failure (issue with marchant app). Called to customer care to all the banks in two payments. All are are saying payment was successful from their side. Waste of money. Do not order anything. COD is not available. Could be a fraud.
App is frozen and does nothing. Uninstalled and installed saveral times. Nothing is working.. still it's not working.. whenever I click on cart for check out it freezes on me.. I have tried to contact via whatsapp .. and that budy don't seem to understand what I am saying... whatsapp guy Sent me links of the products that I don't need... Insanely ridiculous. You have just lost a customer who was interested in buying many things from you.
My Friend Balaji had booked a product on your app based on my suggestion assuming that you're a trustworthy seller. But the order which was placed on 08/07/2020 is still not fulfilled but the status has been updated as "completed" in the order status. How could you update the status as 'complete' when it is not even shipped ? . If you don't initiate to ship the product or issue a refund in another two days, we may have to file a fraud case in consumer court. Order ID : 130884 Order date: 08/07
I had placed an order no.353160 dated 20.03.2022. Sent reminders through mails. No response. Sent wap messages. Every time they say within 2 or 3 days. If stock is not available why accept bookings. Refund my money.
This app is a very helpful app. I like this app very much. On some spots I think it may did better, like buying the products and all. Its Amazing 😊
Lot of good work done and lot of improvements needed, please improve you logistics and call centre , I know because of farmer connection lot of calls are there on calls centres and while talking to you , I got that lot of unnecessary calls are also there , but still improve your call centre experience

What is this hell with this company, I have placed an order id is 269096, yet not any update from your side as well as call centre is not getting connect while I have paid full amount with huge delivery charges. Worst application and the company working nature, and plz don't give excuses of lockdown if it is then don't took the order or give the notification while placing the order.
I used to order products from krushikendra but their real problem is customer care service. Last month I wanted to order a few products but they did not pick up the phone and I have atleast 4 whatsapp no. from earlier communication which were also unresponsive.After that I uninstalled the app.Don't know why they run this app so halfheartedly. If online business does not generate enough revenue then take it down but to give such service to customer just shows their seriousness about business
This application is so beautiful and so helpfull for farmers.Farmer Things, I really like the concept , Handmade , homemade things specially prepared by farmers , we can not only get the best things from farmers , but can also help them in turn.it used very easily .i recommend you to use this application.
Very Sad services, I thought they would have improved on their services but they have not moved an inch. I have ordered a product 14 days back and still do have clarity on the orders. I have called multiple times, they answer and repeat please call bk or we will call you back.

I had ordered 2 liters of neem3000 insecticide as per order#112972. They delivered 1 liter of Neemocil which is cheaper. I was not informed of this change. I have paid for more than what has been delivered. The listed phone number does not work and they don't respond to email. I have ordered earlier but never faced such a problem. They do not seem to be bothered about scamming customers. I will never order from here again and will strongly advise anyone else against ordering from here.
Your app and website are great. Cannot buy Potassium Nitrate though!! Have tried some days.. It says field packing not complete!! Can you please do something and help. I need it for my garden as soon as possible.
no reply after giving order very poor customer support and service. My order no.23993 has been sent . Two product Barixx catch fruit fly trap and Barrix catch vegetable fly trap is missing. Date of manufature and expiry has been crossed from product. Which show you have sent a old expired product. Very bad experience .

I am regular buyer of Cotton Seeds , can get what you want , because in other places , they give very few the variety we need and force other varieties telling many reason and confusing us , I have bought from so many places and all force to take other varieties along with what I need , at krushikendra its not the case , you get what you want
In 2021 i ordered many products from the app..and honestly service was good and i received products on time...in 2022 I am unable to open the app ..it is stuck on start screen..when i download it again it works for some moments ..and when i log in it stops.. Kindly resolve the issue..
