Have been a KSB customer for years, Great local bank, but they really need to get their IT dept into the 21st century. I use many apps from other financial institutions and this app BY FAR is the worst there is !! If KSB ever updates their online experience, I will update my review.
App works fairly well but tends to be a bit clunky and isn't very streamlined. Would love to have biometric login capability.
Locked out my husband's account and I wasn't able to set up my account for myself. I wish I could have access to old online banking option.
Rough, no notifications for transactions. Not able to just rest password from app.
Cannot get into the app although I have my username and password written down!
Love it
This app makes it easy to access accounts and pay bills on your phone without having to navigate the full site. Hopefully a mobile deposit feature is coming soon.
Customer for over 25 years
Great app, works great for keeping up with your account (s) ,but I've been wondering how do make it so I actually have a choice which account to deposit a check, only my checking account shows up as an option, but I'd like to put it into savings account sometimes.
