• Check Bill Details for past 12 months.
• Check Consumption Details for past 12 months.
• Check Payment History for the past 12 months.
• View bill details & pay your monthly bill using credit cards, debit cards, net-banking.
• Notifications alerting bill due date, payment confirmation etc.

All you need:
• A smart phone with Android Operating System (OS 2.2 or above).

07Aug20: :The application was working fine until few days ago. But, now it is not connecting to the server. _ So far Great. Easy to make the payments. The bill download as PDF option is really helpful. But, in some Android phones, it just opens the bill, but does not actually download and open. It would be great if download actually downloads the bill to a local folder on phone, for example to Download folder on Android or to a custom KSEB folder (Similar to ERS folder for railway booking app).

"This app was built for an older version of Android and may not work properly. Try checking for updates or contact the developer.." This is a pop-up window when we open the app. It says that, this app Not work well in Android 10 and latest Android versions. Second thing is there UI. It's not user friendly. There is no option for new users. Only login option is there. (There is also a quick pay option). Kindly upgrade & update it. Thanks for the efforts to make this kind of an application.

Simple app . Does the job. My father use this app and it's easy to use for him and he's happy, it's easy to find billing details and consumption history.

The only flaw is that the payment is not reflected instantly in the app though it is credited towards our bill and the remittance is confirmed by sms and email instantly. But in the app, even 48hrs it may take to get our payment updated. Any how the app is far better than many other ---pay apps and paid apps. All history features are useful, any time any bill in pdf, in particular. Using for years, only once it prevented me from loging in and that was also because of some maintenance issue.

I had previously uninstalled this app probably around August as it was never able to "connect to the server" although it was fine up till then. Now I just reinstalled hoping the earlier issue would have been fixed and yes, it has thank God! I like the improved UI and extra information now available. Good effort KSEB: well done and keep up the good work.

Simple ready to use app that has the history of 2016 Bill's as well. Few suggestions from a user perspective 1) surcharge Bill's are also shown in that precious Bill's. That should be removed and make it visible in a new tab. 2) Some kind of analytics graph or trend that shows the usage of electricity ( total no of units consumed) based on the month so that user will get a clear picture on the statis of the usage. From a overall usage point of view, it's a nice and simple. Good luck

There is strange issue with this app. I have been using this app for years without major issue and was connected through my mobile data..however when i tried today from a wifi witb highspeed internet, it giving me connection error when I click on view bill option..sometime few bills retrieved but not coming all of them... And it worked well when i switched to mobile data!!! Please investigate and resolve for better experience. Thank you

It was fine and a useful app till last month. But now it is not connecting to Server. Every time when I open the app, it returns an error message. Thought KSEB will rectify the issues, but even after month time , still not clear. Highly dissatisfied 👎

Now I just try to connect, app shows " the server cannot connect, please check your internet connection" I deleted the app and reinstall it, then also the same problem persists. Please do something. Our area is containment zone so I can't go to the office to pay the electricity bill. That's why I try to use the app for payment, it shows error. Please do something as early as possible. In this version, I don't understand what better service is seen available than previous version.I have n't checked two icons appeared when opening because I intended to make payment.But once you completed the payment transaction ,it seems there is no provision to go back to main page,instead the option to exit appears ,which is a great draw back.

It was working fine till last billing cycle. I have been trying to access this app since the past 2 weeks, but getting the error message 'cant connect to server' 'check your internet connection'. Whats happening? How do we pay bills? Isn't there any technical team who can rectify this error? Its frustrating.

It's just awesome and cool. It just works! Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Make sure to validate your email and mobile. That's all. I really liked the connection profile, consumption details, bill details, graphical view :) didn't expect this from KSEB. And moreover, a simple and neat interface! Kudos KSEB. GOOD JOB!

App doesn't allow us to sign in. After entering username password, nothing happens. No error message too. App updated already. Password reset option didn't work either. Says something went wrong. Re installed the app and tried but no success. Im using the latest app.

A very good and friendly app but since beginning of August, it stopped working. Everytime when I tried to login a popup window says Cannot connect to the server, check your internet connection! Nobody in KSEB is bothered to fix the problem which is typical of the govt dept! Regards

Yes, until few months it was working very perfectly, but nowadays it nit connecting to the server. I reinstalled the app, still not working. (So I downgrade ⭐️from 5 to 1 ) Hope IT team will rectify the issues soon. It was a nice app. We can see all the account in a single frame..

This app doesn't work since the last bill payment. When log in it says can not connect to the server, check your internet connection. There is no problem for internet connection. Please fix the app problem as early as possible. or else there is no use of this app.

I used to pay my bills and some of mine friends bill using it. Sometimes i get email that says transaction succesful, and after few hours again i get a mail says transaction failed. But actually transaction was succesful only. So i wait for amount return to my account, if it fails. But never returned and bill payment was sucessful..

Used to pay bill through app for some time. But now the app fails to connect to the server. Everybody is experiencing the same for the past few weeks. Yet the people concerned turn a deaf ear. Digitalisation !!! So pathetic...

Its working fine now, thanks for the support. "Unable to connect to server" issue has been resolved after the new update though Some users needs to re-install the app to fix the issue. Look and feel is really improved after the update, good work team.

When I try to login, it says "Cannot connect to server. Please check your internet connection." There is no problem with internet in any other app. UPDATE: I had sent an email feedback via the app 5 weeks back. Still not solved and no reply. Nice service, PSU. UPDATE (3/11/20): Finally after latest update, was able to login after 3 months. Thank you government.

Quick pay option not working, getting a message "Device Integrity Check Failed". and also "remember my login" option not working too, when restarting the app, it need to enter again the username and password. anyway all others are working good, nice update

So far I have been using the app without much problem. But now I am downgrading my rating as I cannot sign in on the site through the App. For bill payment I had to sign in through web. When try to sign in via App I am asked to check my internet connection . I think more importance is given to bevq. Uninstalling.

Good. Simple and user friendly. But KSEB is charging an additional amount when paying bills using the app. This is not acceptable (whatever may be the reason) when we can pay without any extra expenses using so many other payment platforms like GPay, Paytm etc....No other service provider does this..So there is no excuse. This will simply reduce the usage of this app.

This App was working well for me. From last week onwards, it showing server error during login and suggesting to check internet connection and finally unable to login. Please do the needful to fix the issue.
