One photo? Can't see it. If there are multiple photos in an article, you can click on them and even zoom in. But if there is only one photo, it is frozen at the top of the article and usually the title of the article is covering most of the photo. This makes the single photo USELESS.

Ksl has become an untrustworthy news source. They have started representing the liberal agenda too much for me to keep the app. Also they have been fear mongering through the whole pandemic, and have had major grammatical errors. I'm done.

I enjoy the articles, but every linked YouTube clip fails with an error saying, "An error occurred while initializing the YouTube player."

Good app, but they've been putting in more and more ads. I get it, you need revenue. But at least make it so you can turn off autoplay on videos! I'm tired of videos playing in there middle of an article. Completely distracting. I would've rated 4 stars before the recent onslaught of ads in the middle of every article and pinned at the bottom of the screen. Don't update if you don't want way more ads. They also censor comments, even if they don't violate their rule. Zero transparency on that.

This app is okay. Videos dont work all the time on my android device but they do work on iOS. Ads for the videos are really long. Also occasionally the app will open tabs in chrome with ads. Also ads everywhere in the app too. Ads, Ads, Ads. Typical news app stuff.

The 30 second ads before each new video are way too long. I NEVER watch the video if the ad is 30 seconds, I just close out and go to the next news story. Be like YouTube, do shorter, more interesting ads.

The Notifications are very useful. However, the app is sub par. The videos hardly ever load no matter how good your connection is, and you can't read the articles on the app. Lots of room to improve

I've been familiar with KSL News living here in Utah for many many years and I like their news I like it over the internet it's in very informative and it covers a lot of subjects not just hype some good things things that are going on that are positive that's what I like to hear about Norman Schultz Layton Utah

Streaming function is hit or miss, not dependable.

One step forward and two steps back. I feel as if this whole platform is the little red headed step child. Quit with the updates that continue to make it"better". I accepted an update and now my device is incompatible with the new classifieds version. Thanks guys.

Why have a search button if it doesn't do anything? If it's just taking a minute to produce results, why is there no progress bar indicating such? You get one point because at least the UI looks nice.

Hey KSL, I have enjoyed reading the news from your app every day for a long while now. I would give you 5 stars but the weather video stopped working last week. Now it's just a spinning wheel. Tried reinstalling. Still spinning. What's up/app!

I uninstalled it because it keeps closing right after I open it. I tried reinstalling but it still shuts down right after opening. Phone is new. I have plenty of data and memory.

A small deformed arm of cnn. Only left leaning anti conservative media outlet in a very conservative state. Will be out of business soon

Very poorly built app. Due to trivial mistakes I am unable utilize this with any benefitn whatsoever. From searching stories, to avoidable frustrations when the widget is present, to attempting to view images, I wouldn't recommend to anyone. It doesn't respect the limited ability of Android lifecycle or resources. With no way to provide feedback I can only assume that KSL hired the only unqualified developers in a city chock full of professional engineers to build a seemingly simple app.

Really handy for news and weather updates when I need them, especially on the go. Clean and easy to navigate - and has more than just the SLC hub news! The app is well organized. 😀

Very nice to see a good a collection of reporting important events.

I used to live in SL but live in a nearby state. The app is good and I view it daily. I don't look at the live coverage as I don't care the least bit about the advertising. It takes too long to get to the story.

Consistently great, up-to-date app. The only problem with it is its ability to lure me in and keep me captive for long periods of time! If you are a news junkie, avoid at all cost!! Haha

Every notification from the app opens ksl TV app and not this app.

It's an app I expect to be able to read an article without having to go to a link. Also it would be nice If you did not post comments from the same people constantly. Some of us have valid questions and comments. You need to read and edit your grammar a lot lately. Maybe do that before you post articles so you don't look ignorant. Maybe answer our questions.

I wish I could pick and choose what stories that appear. I don't care much for ball sports, I don't even open the sports section of the paper. It would be nice to block all the sports stories from appearing on my page. They need to divide their stories. It would be great to switch off the "politics" page too.

This is a decent little app but for things like the weather there should be a zip code entry for more of the little cities that're more rural not just the big ones only. For the home screen it should be able to made more personalized

This "news station" is seriously lacking in reporters with skill. I'm thoroughly disappointed in the decline of ability to report from an objective viewpoint. Everything is dripping with political agendas and that party's tired rhetoric. I wouldn't mind the political pieces as much if every party was represented equally, but no, that is so far from the case. Hopefully the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints realizes what a mess this business is and parts ways soon.

Extremely biased and sides with what ever is currently trending. Flip-flop news outlet just like all the rest. They do not allow for open discussions on articles but instead critic every comment and filter 99% of it if it doesn't align with what KSL wants. Another news station stepping on the freedom of speech and opinion.

KSL should be renamed to the Swing Mood News. Journalism should be about reporting unfiltered truth without any bias and only based on facts. KSL become probably one of the worst news companies. It is obvious they follow CNN steps, which leads to the very dangerous sensorship of the truth. This is America, not some China or Russia. Restore journalism the way it used to be. Shame on you KSL! 😔

Great up-to-date news. Only complaint is how sensitive ads are, I can't read and article lately without accidentally opening an ad.

Same biased news as everywhere else. This used to be my go to news outlet in Utah, hopeing to reflect the values and heritage of Uthans. But it seems like every article is just as biased as the news elsewhere. Uninstalled after 10+ years!

Very unstable. If an alarm goes off, it doesn't pause, it completely shuts off. It frequently stops for no apparent reason.
