KSL TV

So frustrating you can't scroll to the portion of the video you want to watch! I use for the RSL games and you can't move the video forward beyond the clicking the 15 second fast forward a billion times. I understand if you want us to watch the pregame show but if I hit the wrong button the game starts over again. I love DJ and Dunny but I don't want to watch the pregame show multiple times!!!

The app is not intuitive. The notifications that pop up don't take you to the story that they're trying to advertise for and you can never find it if you look for it. I would rather just go to the website to look up stories, you'll have better success.

When I go to their live news, multiple times, I could not get their news. It was 15 minutes of commercials. And still no news.

This app is horrible! Love KSL, but they can do so much better than this. It sends notifications, and you follow the link and can never find the story. It plays as over the stories that you do find, so you're hearing two sets of audio. Nope, I have to delete it. Just can't have those notifications that lead to nothing but frustration!

I love that I can watch RSL games on this app, I wish the stream quality was better though. The RSL streams should at least be 1080p, it's like it's 2010 still. Who do we need to talk to in order to get this changed?

Please allow fast forwarding during live and streamed games. the LIVE in the corner is terrible. With that fixed the app would get a 4.

I use this app for one thing, to watch Real soccer games. For that one thing, it's horrible. It has troubles Chromecasting. It loses connection and every time you have to rewatch an ad to get back to the game. Worst viewing experience app I've ever come across.

I use this app to stream RSL games and would usually work pretty good. Now it will kick me out of full screen every couple of minutes which is very annoying. Not sure which update caused it but it needs to be fixed. I noticed the issue when watching the coaches show just the other day so it's not just the games.

The app works. The content needs to be managed better. It is often times difficult to find what you are looking for. I will click on a link from a notification and it will take me to the home screen with no way to find the specific story I'm looking for. Overall the KSL print app is better.

The notifications are horrible. When you are interested in finding the story that pops up, you click on a notification and half the time, the story isn't there. The click never takes you to the story even if it is there. If you just like browsing the news, its ok, but just ok.

I want to like this app, but there are so many bugs. Also no way that I can see to turn off notifications. I don't live in SL any more, but I still love and follow KSL. Might try again if some of the bugs get worked out and I can keep the app from taking over my phone.

I hate this stupid app. It will send you notifications of stories that are nowhere to be found when you click on the notification. Why would you send what is presumably a link to a story that isn't actually a link to a story? The only thing this app is actually good for is routinely reminding me to check a different source to learn about the days' COVID stats.

This is awful. Installed it cause KSL is greedy and won't let me stream RSL games on the YouTube TV app and the streaming service KSL is "providing" is absolutely atrocious. Is not compatible at all with any streaming hardware (Roku, Firestick, Chromecast, etc). Just plays an endless loop of ads. The push notifications lead nowhere so even if an interesting notification shows up, you won't actually get to the relevant article. Hot garbage. Zero stars.

Update: Yay Chromecast works... now if it would actually cast what I tell it too... this app has the worst Chromecast support I've ever seen. Reached out multiple times about Chromecast support and never get a response. DOES NOT WORK WITH CHROMECAST.

This is the only streaming app I have problems with, poor quality and buffers every 5-10 seconds... The only reason I still have it is that its the only way to watch RSL games... And with how big KSL is you would think it has a decent app for streaming... But no it is trash. FIX YOUR APP!! People have been complaining about it for two years now about the same problems.

Most unreliable app ever. Doesnt matter how fast of internet you have. You will constantly lose connection when watching rsl play. It will be fine for 60 minutes then all of a sudden glfor 30 minutes your cussing cause you cant get it to work on any device, wifi, or data!

Very bad app. I tried to stay informed after the huricane force wind Tuesday, and all I got was a multiple repeat ad of 4:30 to 07:00 news program!!! I live in the area that lost power and thought I could use the app on my tablet to stay inform. But noooo👎👎👎😞😶

The supposed live feed is not always a live feed of what is airing on KSL TV or differs from what's in there KSL news stream. Doesn't follow Android guidelines for auto rotate. Auto rotate is turned off but yet the app continues to do it. Once the live stream is played in full screen the bottom menus do not work.

I am giving this app just one star because it had not been working from Sunday to now and I have sent ti emails to ksl telling them that the app is not working All the app does is buffers and will not connect and I tryed to uninstall the app but it did not work in both of my phones and rokuo it just buffers on all my apps I have I hope they fix it because I do like shows and news on the app when it is working Thanks Jess

This app is worthless. You make it the only way to watch RSL games (I have YouTube TV for everything else), and then not only have a poor UX, the cast feature is completely broken. I could not get it to work on any device (Android or iOS). I wish i could give this zero stars. Let us watch RSL games on apps that actually work - because this is useless!

I use this for the RSL games and it is a constant struggle. Terrible quality, screen won't stay rotated at times and it will randomly reset making you sit through ads before the game comes back on.

terrible app. streaming rarely works. casting to a chromecast is highly bugged. and the RSL portion just plays whatever it feels like, never what you actually click on. more frustrating than it's worth

Seriously, you want to set Bluetooth and other settings or you won't work at all? What a way to prove you have no clue in developing apps. At least your news is better than that. I guess I stick with a browser

Very poorly designed site. Full of ads and pop-ups that make actually looking at what you want to almost impossible. I uninstalled it in less than an hour after I had put it in

I love being able to catch the news when I have missed it for whatever... I do get frustrated when, for no reason, the entire thing RESTARTS from the beginning. Not my plan, thank you.

Want to love, but keeps kicking me out of full screen mode and constantly buffering. Want to watch RSL games - any team, but keep getting endless ads. App is 💩! Adapt or die!

App loads but no content or streaming loads. Just shows the loading circular image forever. No idea how to fix it. Tried rebooting, uninstalling, etc. Never works.

Notifications pop up and when I click on the link it goes to a completely unrelated story. Too many adds to watch before story is available. Don't recommend this app.

Video ads precede every article. Notifications flash with breaking news yet the breaking news story doesn't appear for hours/days. Very difficult to navigate site.

This app is dodo, it has no ability to fast forward or rewind, it spoils almost every single game I try to watch that's recorded. If you aren't watching it live your are most likely going to have the game spoiled. Please fix this!
