KSLA News 12

I have had the app for a few years now. Was enjoying it with no problems. Since the last update where they changed everything up I can't read a full article without the screen turning white in the middle of reading it and won't come back to article. This has happened several times since the update. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and doesn't help. So at this point I am just going to have to discontinue using this app. I'm uninstalling it permanently.

I do not like the new app it is horrible. I have always gone to your app for news. BUT NOW I CANNOT. Everytime I go to the app to read an article after reading the first paragraph it turns to a white screen. I go out to the main menu and go back in the article the same dang thing happens. I have even restarted my tablet thinking it is on my end but NOPE. If this can not be fixed I will have to un-install the app and not use it. Please fix it!! Thanks

Before the last update I would give it 5 stars now I wouldn't give it any. Hate it Reasons:1-You click on notification and it will not open the app. 2-If it does finally open you will be reading the article and the screen will go blank and you click the go back button and the article never comes back up and you can't find it on the app. 3-Sometimes when you click on the article the app will take you to something entirely different. 4-The notification music that over rides my notification sound.

The previous app was much better. Among other things, you cannot drag stories off screen to get to the next story, making it much more cumbersome, having to go back to the main screen every time. The old app could be held in one hand and one could use their thumb to advance. I'm sure I'll use this much less.

This app is pretty useless. I get notifications on things happening NOW but when I try to open it..can't find anything on it. Most of the time, the app won't even open and when it does, it shuts down mid way into reading an article. Please fix or loose another follower.

Hey KSLA. Please get your tech guy to work on the app. Ever since the update it keeps crashing. Could y'all also change up the ad that pops up every time I open it. "Make em pay" is getting old. I've been a strong follower for many years & have loved the app until now. Will use the app again if fixed. I do enjoy your station the best!

I got this app so that I would be able to see MY local news at ANY time. Lately, whenever I go to this app, there's live news, but it's NOT KSLA 12 local news. It didn't used to be like this. What is up with that??? I may drop this app and just stick to KTBS 3 news app. It's ALWAYS broadcasting MY local news 24 hours a day! Very disappointed, Channel 12.

Constantly spams you with notifications even when you only have "Breaking News" selected. Also sends put out to 3 notifications for the same "Breaking news" article. Not worth downloading when you can just look at their Facebook page and NOT get spammed constantly

Terrible app. It is so very slow to load news and often just goes to a blank white screen in the middle of reading a story. It isn't a phone problem because none of my other apps have issues.

The new updated app is the worst. It crashes in the middle of reading a story or takes several minutes to open. Go back to the old app or people may need to find a different news source

This was a good app until someone decided it's be cool to override my default notification sound with an obnoxious tune. I had to turn notifications off because there is no way to change the sound of notifications.

It doesn't show weather videos and the overall look is unimpressive. It is not nearly as good as other news apps in layout, functionality, or design.

Unstable when opening the app. Buffers when opening from app icon. Stories difficult to locate in each link section.

Disappointed! The updated app is not an improvement. I can't get the news when I want to...it won't load or freezes up. Please, fix this! I miss the old app =(

After this latest update the app loads much slower, and occasionally crashes. Plus, I'm extremely tired of the "Make em pay" ad.

Never loads news casts efficiently. The app never loads or times out. I have no Wi-Fi, but have a strong cellular data signal. I'm taking care of my mother. I came from 24 yrs in Co to do this. I am a DAV. AF, was a C130 Crew Chief. Loved my job! Not so much living in Cason, 75636. Folks moved out here to escape cost of DFW area costs so they could travel; Dad passed, - 3 yrs, before they could do much of it. From time to time can't pay Sat bill, so I depend on the app. Wish it worked as adv-

Shows more ads than news! Get alerts, click on them then it doesn't pull up the stories!

This app is complete garbage,haven't been able to open since update,please handle this,until no stars...

Takes almost 5 minutes to open. No, it's not my phone as other apps open immediately.

Too many interruptions by unnecessary downloads that you can't read.wont download app again.

Slowest news app on my phone. Takes forever to load!

Don't like the way it has changed with the different lay out of the stories and way too many adds.

It used to be easy to find informative, local news. Now I can't find anything about anything.

Very poor content. Really bad. Uninstalled after just a few hours.
