At no point in trying to use this app to upload my CCDW application was it even close to anything that could be considered functional or useful. I am now dumber for having installed it. I award it 1 star, have uninstalled it and may God have mercy on the developer's soul.
Junk, I'm sure someone fatten there pocket with tax payers money wasted on this worthless app
Used to be a great app. But now when I get an alert and click on it to read the entire message, it says "no messages." Very frustrating.
It didnt even work. Couldn't even open it
Each time I get a notification or an alert, I follow the link, but there are no alerts posted in the app. That's pretty frustrating. I am definitely considering deleting the app to free up space on my phone. It would be great if this were fixed.
Looks to be coded by 12 year old. Poorly formated and seems to just be links to webpages that are difficult to read and don't navigate properly. App crashes frequently. Turn off the gimmicky feel and just make it functional. Too reliant on connectivity just to bring the app up
If you enjoy receiving annoying notifications for help wanted ads, nuisance weather alerts and poorly written messages then this is the app for you. Proud to say blue lives matter but this lousy app doesn't work well. Uninstalled

Interactive app for everyone
I just installed it, but when opening the most wanted, cold case, and missing persons so tons, the pages are cut off and can't be scaled or moved. So, really, I can't see but half the info--if that. I see the app was updated about 3 months ago, so maybe it is still being worked on. Had to delete, but will check back for updates. Could be really useful if it worked better.
The interface is horrible. Where is material design? You want people to use this, but it resembles gingerbread. It's uninviting and is just linking to websites.
Finally! This is great for information and all kinds of things! I love it!!! Great for careers too, like future troopers!

New and needed
I hate apps that lock screen orientation into portrait mode and this app does that. It takes very effort to allow the app to change orientation with which everyway the user is holding the phone. I do not like portrait mode and use it as little as possible.
