I booked tickets thru this app many times earlier, but when I am trying now it says city required. After we select the bus and on next page it will ask passenger details when we click on fare details the above error displayed. You can't go any further.

There is green color mark for as Ladies Seat. But Doesn't Shown In Seat Chart. Seat Matrix Should Be As Same how Bus Seat Looks Otherwise People Cannot Understand. Edit Options On Account. MORE EDITING OPTIONS NOW ITS ONLY LIMITED TO PASSWORD. SINGLE ID PROOF MANDATORY MUST BE INCLUDE IN ACCOUNT. AND IT CAN BE MADE CHANGE IN FUTURE ONE'S.
First of all good job I use Ksrtc a lot. But the major thing is I read all the reviews money out of ur card but no tickets booked. Well you ppl shld fix tis luckily I cald my bank and asd for reversal of my funds. I will book on the web until u ppl fix tis.. Would have given a 5 star if tis had not happened
This app is far worse than all other unofficial apps, which at least booked our tickets without problems. It just keeps showing error as soon as we open it. I'm a regular traveler with KSRTC, and I wanted to book tickets through the app. But looks like now I will have to do from a multiple bus booking app. I'm really very disappointed with the performance! :-((
Should try to rectify many bugs * at times I'm unable to enter anything on the text boxes, which will work only if I close and reopen the app * payment fails at times (not reliable) Please try to fix these. Otherwise it's a very useful app
This is one worst app which you can not compare with anything. I'm sure KSRTC would have paid some pennies to Technical team n asked them to develop an application and this is the outcome. People sitting in top management should look at other good things apart from looting public n bottom level employees like drivers n conductors..
Doesn't work at all. -5 starts for Web page. Passenger can book tickets on for next 4 days. Seriously...! Sagar to honnavar it shows a single bus a day..noway.. I seriously think you guys took bribe from private players and made such a idiotic website and app. Poor you.
Being the No1 position in transportation in country ...approving this kind of application is the bad thing. I have downloaded the app for the 1st time it get freezed not even opening home page.plz update the bug free app and make it no 1.
The ticket booking fails with an error "city required " and there is no clarity on which city or the respecyive section to update. As of now I can only use this to know bus timings but cannot book through mobile app. Please resolve the problem.
The app seems to be a good solve to book the KSRTC tickets. However, it is no different from the bookings done on the official website. The app does not provide any swift options such as: Saving the names/profiles for future use or even saving our debit/credit card details to complete the booking quickly. These options are the most common in any booking apps today and I hope they get added soon!
Installed in Moto-G1. If I enter Source n then click on destination field, source will be reset. I first taught installation would be not correct. Uninstalled n installed again. Problem still exists. I m going to uninstall it.
My transaction failed twice but amount was deducted and never credited. Cust Care did not follow, gonna wait for some time and then consumer court is the only choice left
This application is a waste unless they make the payment smoother and efficient... Whenever the payment is done it is will be showing error something occurred... session not properly done . Or something I don't know.. D's after payment it never show any payment success.. No redirection to home page.. Before payment gets completed it is showing user logged off... Lots of big issues are there... still waiting for my 2400 rs credit back due to failed transaction through app..
This app has lot of bugs as mentioned already by fellow reviewers . when I go to book , select boarding and drop points , it fails every time with * city required. Wth is city? There is no option to select that nor I can see that anywhere on that screen !!! Use this app only to view seat availability.
Hate it!!! My transactions often failed and getting a refund from KSRTC is like the hardest job one can do!!! Had to report dispute to my credit card issuing bank to raise dispute and I still haven't got my money back from either parties, where KSRTC had been least helpful.
On click of any button doesn't show progress status. Simply occupies whole screen. On click of Modify search doesn't remember earlier selected source and destination place. Same as mobile browser based website and that is at least better than this application.
New avatar version app failed to work with my phone and my phone had updated android version 6.0.1 only. Try to resolve issue asap...
This app is not even loading since KSRTC has upgraded the ticketing tool. As expected like other govt support, even IT team of KSRTC has pathetic team which gives worst service. KSRTC said they invested more money in upgrading website n app. But its just to eat govt n people money. Its again proved that govt corporation (KSRTC) will come up with upgradation word/work just to eat money. New ticketing tool has so many flaws. Already given feedback to KSRTC but no response from they yet. Pathetic app n support
After payment at payment gateway when it returns to app often transaction fail. for me it happened twice. To get refund it is a real headache and have to wait for weeks mailing and calling Ksrtc cc. Now i am hooked to browser to book because its way better then app cause it dont fail atleast. I have given complaint to rectify this bug in app but it seems no one responds are care. Once the customer care guy responded " its common that for every 100 booking 10 fails just mail the OB number for refund". Is this some sort of luck play cause there will be no guarantee that booking will be successful. Please rectify this are take out this app dont mislead customers please.
Worst app. They should not take bribe to allocate agency to develop app. See irctc or erail app so well developed n built. It takes so long to first load and then to search it takes another 15 mins by then all tickets will be sold. First improve the app and then launch
Works poorly and unpredictably. Logs out automatically. Displays only basic information. Crashes during payment. No wallet service. No customer service information. Need to improve a lot to look modern.
The website and app needs a compete redesign and solid testing. Current website and application is very buggy and clearly shows no one is there to maintain and improve its features on the ksrtc side or they are least interested to fix it. This is perfect recipe for users to look for other platforms for bus ticket booking. Public transporter should ideally lead the technological advancements so it brings huge revenue in the form of customers. Needs a thorough professional to manage this change at ksrtc.

Worst app.... We do not have the option of forgot password in case we forget it... If there was an option of less than 1 star I would have selected that
I use this app almost every month twice and I just love it. Never expected ksrtc to get so advanced with this. Good job guys

Nice app. Easy to use. But very limited functionality. Please add the option of sending mticket to duplicate mobile number.
Today i have booked ticket in Airavat club class from mysore to ooty which was booked in one shot.See you all might have problem of network connectivity for that this ksrtc App should not be blamed for making online reservation.Now Regarding Services of Airavat club class is to be improved and Drivers should be professional one.cleaniness should be maintained.Punctuality is to be adhered.So i urge from KSRTC to please do necessary improvements on road safety and passenger amneties.
