This is not the official KSRTC app but all transactions are done through official KSRTC mobile website and your transactions are secure with their payment gateway. I booked tickets for Bangalore to Chennai on the 9th & 10th of April 2015 but later had to cancel those tickets on 11th April 2015. I was assured that the deducted amount would be reimbursed within a week. But till now, it's close to 2 weeks, nothing of the sort has happened. This kind of insincere and unresponsive action was not expected from KSRTC. REVERT BACK ASAP.
App is really good and is now user-friendly & absolutely working fine, previously it had some issues with screen when we reach to payment screen.
It's a very slow app with limited features and lot of manual inputs r required.
When it reaches payment stage, u can't enter otp sent by bank as the box for entering otp will not appear. Waste of time.
Worst app ever seen nothing will load waste of data to download it.. worst app pls don't download.. I want to give 0 rating for this... why do these apps exists if they dont work.. I won't suggest for anyone.. after reading this review also u download is your r risk.
It is really a good work from karnataka state road transport corporation.. Facebook. This app is helpful for Both booking tickets n to check out the timings of the busses
Need immediate response : I booked for 11/01/2015 but i got ticket mentioning date of 10/1/2015 and even money deducted from my account.reply
Like in other websites or apps the seat layout map fr sleeper coaches buses is not clear. so we unable decide seat as the lower,upper or window seat
I have booked the ticket. But I could not get the m ticket. Crew is telling to show the m ticket. Thank God I captured screenshot. Otherwise got stuck.. please provide m ticket via SMS.. otherwise I would have rated ,4 star
Good App till payment page. There are no options to pay from netbanking. That's really bad.
I would like to give 3 stars as it runs perfectly with 3G speed ,If we use 2G It does not show source and destination.
The site doesn't open most of the time. It doesn't give correct info about the buses. Example on 4th aug I want to travel from hassan to chickmagalur but I never got the info at the bus aravaat which reached hassan at 15th and the rajahamsa bus that was available which reached hassan at 3pm. Both buses were coming from bangalore to chickmagalur via hassan. I had to call the ksrtc depot at hassan to get the info
Pls don't install this app. It's not official site and u can't do anything with it
Please revamp the entire app. Really all the pages are very bad.
App is not as good as a native app. I can book faster inn chrome than when I book from this app
It's a good app to use. One suggestion i.e. an option to be added to save the ticket in a PDF fornat on the phone/device.
Has given no option to input source/destination, but a message keeps popping up asking for source....crazy crap
I happened to Book my Tickets to Goa and I was Really Impressed with the User Friendly approach. I gave me all the Details that I wanted. I am a Little disappointed that it does not give you options for payments from other banks. But on the Whole. It was a Good Experience!!!
Every time new page opens, we should scroll to go to top of page. Payment gate way not showing password field
Don't know what's went wrong, both portal and app as well I am not able to book the tickets
Im frequent traveller . I always prefer ksrtc . with this app, I am very much comfortable to book tickets when on I want .
I hate this app,as it is not opening,I can't make any transaction, the password entered was right, but it is showing error, always asks to confirm the account with a link that link doesn't opens...
Too many adds ,not allowing to open home page itself. This app is not eligible for zero stars also .
ONLINE BOOKING IS REALLY FAST AND EASY WITH THIS APPLICATION SO GO AHEAD AND CHECK IT OUT.

After uninstalling app, still getting below error message: This is not authorized KSRTC Official mobile APP. Please uninstall and use the KSRTC AWATAR 2.1 official web site.
When I'm clicking on user name and password there is no cursor showing there...
Can be better if in between stops are added
