The profile app (Me@KSU) displays important information about a student or employee’s account at KSU; such as your Kent State ID Number, Bursar account balance, any holds, Flashcash, and Meal Plan balances; along with the ability to view your last 10 Flashcash transactions. Like others have been saying - the app used to be great! It was super useful when looking at classes, finding classmates, etc. BUT since the end of Spring 2021 (my guess/ experience), it doesn't actually load... You get to put in your user and password, the line loads to 100%, but then you're stuck with nothing.
They finally fixed it so Android 10 can now use it. But I keep getting an error bar at the top anytime I click anything, the error says "Cannot read property '_listener' of undefined" I don't know what this means. It doesn't break the app but makes it very annoying and frustrating to use.
Been having trouble for weeks. Constantly have to reinstall just to get it to work. Even when it does work it makes you log in everytime. Could you imagine every time you have to open an app you have to sign in. The app itself is nice, it just never works.
Don't waste your phone storage with this app. Used to be good, now I can't even get passed the loading screen. Uninstall and install it again makes it more but then the functions inside the app are also not working. Waste of your time.
Never loads. Extremely inconvenient. Used to be great but now it's a hassle to check my schedule. Edited to reflect that the app loads now, still not the best UI in my opinion
App was fine and only crashed a few times. Now it won't load my login if I use the options fingerprint and stay signed in.

This app hardly works anymore. It won't load after it scans my thumb print. Please fix.
hardly works, constantly says im offline with wifi connected, or data. incredibly unreliable

The app refuses to open now.
In the older version the app crashed on me a lot. I dealt with it, but it was obnoxious. Now, with the newer version, it worked fine until day one of classes when I needed to use it and it logged me out and won't log me back in. bad app altogether and I hope kent can fix it at some point before I graduate.
Email just will not load no matter how long I wait, it's the biggest reason I had this app, now it's acting all funky.
This is useless. It does not show all my class times and the remember my username does not work.
Actually kept app downloaded after I graduated because it still gave access to grades/transcript (particularly useful when looking into grad programs). Well the latest update gives no such option. I hope they implement an alum friendly feature, or perhaps even an alum app, either way, the new version doesn't entice one to keep downloaded after graduating.
Only reason I downloaded it was for email and it won't load no matter how long I wait or what I do.
Tells me when my classes are, but refuses to give me the right place half the time. Google maps does a better job when you ask what building is where. I tried to find my drawing class and was lead in the middle of summit street construction.
I was using the app just fine but it logged me out and will not allow me to log back in. I deleted the app and reinstalled it but it still didn't work.
For me it keeps crashing everytime I try and open the budget planner for meal plan spending. I hope this is an issue they can fix in the future
Only had the app to access my email, now it will not let me do even that...

This is always crashes, very slow. They need to seriously do some upgrades to this app or just replace with something else
I used to love using this app- it was convenient and the build in map system of the Kent campus was great. Now, it's pretty much broken. It never keeps me signed in, no longer gives me an option to use a finger print ID to sign in, and as of now, keeps refreshing the page before I can finish entering my password to get it. It's a real shame, because it was a very helpful app. End of 2021 update: Its not been fixed and no longer can even load upon opening. Deleting app
