The Knight Transportation mobile application was designed with our driving associates in mind. You can easily keep track of your current and past loads while on the go.
Version 1.37 of KT Mobile includes the following new features and enhancements:

- Preplan Cards: Accept or decline preplans from within the card
- New HOS Card
- Navigation with HOS view and integrated fuel solutions to aid in trip planning
- SmartDrive integration. View your SmartDrive score, events and videos

- Driver Portal integration for access to bonus and payroll information
- Enhanced status icons for improved document tracking and load status
- Improved scanning engine to minimize the need to rescan documents
- Updated messaging console with both free form and macro form-based messaging
- Back office personnel can now send messages through the admin portal

Slow and laggy. Super annoying that you can't check messages while moving, even when crawling through a yard looking for a trailer. Maps are useless. Scanning paperwork is cumbersome.

The app is great overall. The problem i have experienced is specifically 1. In the upload of scan documents: LOAD>SCAN DOC>LOAD#>NEXT. 2. The also seems to be a glitch between scanning documents and them getting processed. There are two indicators in the load tab that provides the process status of the load. 1. An ICON, and 2. A notation. My fix is to uninstall and reinstall the app. Over past 3 weeks i have noticed a decreased upload and data transfer time. DELETE/REINSTALL

Extremely difficult to understand messages section. The load information is also difficult and part of that is due to the people entering the data use their own abbreviations which you have thi figure out on your own. Like reading a 3rd graders texting. The driver portal doesn't display on the phone properly. Terrible app but it's all they have. You can get information just not very efficiantly. Good luck using it.

The new format of the app is interesting, but it is too busy. K.I.S.S! Also, now I can no longer read directions to my husband as he drives. No access to the app at all as long as the driver status is "Drive." Why do you bother sending directions if we cant access them when they are needed?? *update: 7/15 update didnt help. it is still an awful app.*

when doing the call buttons on the loads, it isnt syncing up with the DM end. for example I would do an empty call and i would receive a phone call from my dm a few hours later wondering if I dropped off at the customer yet. so something isnt syncing properly. the route preview doesn't work most of the time.

More features don't work than ones that do work and when fixes are put out they disable the entire app for sometimes days. It would be nice if the new features and updates were tested before they were released. The newest update now locks you out of the training feature and the newest version locks the entire app when you log onto drive. This makes no sense the written directions are needed to get to the customer and when they are locked on both the tablet and your phone app this makes no sense.

It does part of the job of what I believe what was intended. Easy to navigate, there needs to be a driver history area for statistics and such. I believe it would make the job, as well as self awareness of performance, more productive and ease the 9-5 feel.

Works well, but sometimes lags with the info from your ELD status making it unusable. Would like to be able to communicate with DM directly, but most messages are not monitored. Map and GPS option doesn't work well and sometimes not match route solution.

I got an idea. Let's make an app so drivers can be contacted by their company 24/7 since their electronic interface on the truck shuts down when the truck is turned off, then, and this is the fun part, let's have the app log them out while they sleep. This way, any important information doesn't get through to them. Brilliant system.

I can be in the passenger seat and i cannot look at app because the app thinks I'm driving. I was in my personal car, can't view the app because i was moving. Now, it gives me inaccurate times for loads. This has to be the worst app ever made. #bringbacktheoldapp

Latest update makes the app worthless. I dont recieve any messages or notifications anymore. I used to take my phone with me into customer stops so i had all the relevant information, such as pickup numbers and bol data with me. now i have to waste minutes writing it all down, wasting paper and time, and hope im taking in what they need. i used to be able to look at all the information i needed to put into my gps, now i have to spend a minute copying it off my zonar so i can put it back into it.

So far it's been perfect & very convenient. I'm getting information immediately. I don't have to stand by in the truck waiting for my info. I can receive and send information instantly. Old ways.. waiting in the truck with worthless, cumbersome, inefficient, waste of time, outdated truck computers was a terrible way to spend my life. I love the freedom this app gives me to communicate with my company anywhere I am & maps. Wish driver logs were on the app.. highly efficient for me.

Since I hafta stop and park and change duty status to use it, i might as well not take up space with the app since I can message on my Zonar. It's also not giving me my trailer registrations the way it used to. Its making me download yet another app. It's a waste of time. I can just as easily Transflo docs when I fuel.

poor app implementation of data. needs a load accept/deny option prssng back from message area takes you to the top of the message list,not back to where last selected read message is. (not fluid design) Needs a "mark all as unread/read" option. driver portal information is just a webwrap.poor laziness

this new app design sucks..just made my job that much harder.nothing wrong with the old one couldnt leave it alone .this one tracks you everywhere you go even during home time..invasion of privacy...BE AWARE. DONT RECOMEND USING THIS APP......

The old user interface was MUCH better....having to log in every single time I wanna open it is tedious. Opening the pdf for any check just takes you to the main portal screen instead of straight to the pdf. Complete TRASH NOW!!!!

This mobile app has the potential to make all drivers go paperless. The App should automatically upload and generate a trip sheet with the correct trailer info, driver info, load info etc. Im just saying it would save us on paper and time in between loads. Catch up devs Werner is already ahead of you.

I like this app because it makes it easier to see loads points of pickup and destinations and a lot convenient to scan in paperwork after each load I can do it on this app instead of going into a truck stop

Very slow buffering, cannot zoom in and out whilst in route, I do like the one touch to target, locks up and stop working while in route.

The app overall is a great form of info and responds relatively quick. The macros needs pad sheet. The navigation system is horrible
