The KTEN First Alert app provides the forecast, current conditions, radar, storm tracking and other weather information for the Texoma area. You will receive up-to-the-minute conditions along with hourly and seven day forecasts. The interactive radar map provides real-time, animated radar and satellite info for anywhere in the U.S. You can also keep up with travel conditions by typing in any city or state to get current weather information. And of course during severe weather situations we will stream live weather coverage from KTEN so you can stay informed even if you loose electricity.
You can also purchase push alerts powered by a highly scalable, fully redundant, alerting and messaging engine. Through a 7-day free trial users may experience all the premium features offered. The premium features include push notifications for more than 100 National Weather Service alert types, voice announcements of alerts, spoken alert details, spoken forecasts, alerts based on your current location tracked in the background.
