The most basic and simple things like email field is also bugged, it does not allow @ and won't proceed further. Without profile completion it's not possible to invest. Such negligence that renders the app redundant, never expected such mediocre standards.
Installed this application recently. After login Navigate to communication page to fill details. It is asking email..when we give it still says enter domain name. When we try to type. We get numeric keyboard enabled. And the address field is not editable. Please look into this. Unable to invest until I fill this detail. Currently blocked
Been trying to signup for past 1 hour. It's not taking auto generated Google passwords, and clears the email id field when I do so. Very bad UX for a onboarding screen. I will uninstall it and use some other app. Kindly hire some good developers in your engineering team.
App is excellent but, sadly the app security is too poor. The app password is always there on the login page...u can't hide it in anyway. There's no option to login with 4 digit MPIN. Also the app doesn't allow to create a separate login pattern. These are serious issues and must be considered by the developer team.
Sloppy application. User experience is important than too many features. Takes long time to load pages after every click. Must be running on outdated or insufficient hardware at KFinTech. 5 star reviwers may be employees.
Since 9th April I was unable to log into the app. I tried to uninstall and install the app again, but now it is not allowing me to log into the app. It shows "Invalid User ID". I am unable to log into the web application as well. I tried to log in to web app via laptop still the same error. Something serious happened with my ID itself!
The app is very very inaccessible for the blind visually impaired people use text to speech screen reading software to access information on mobile screen like TalkBack on android and voice over on iPhone please ensure the app is fully accessible for the blind all the buttons and images are labelled. you can help many blind people will be able to invest money without any difficulty
The app crashes and redirect to hoke page whenever I click on invest button(piggy bank) symbol. This is happening from quite a period and it's becoming very difficult to use this app. Please try to reach us or respond back to this issue.
Some AMC chart is not opening as quickly as they use too example - nippon. Also NAV screen closes when we shift to other app to view some info or when the phone locks , please work on it.
I'm using this application from past few months the experience is good but in this new update when I login using my pattern password it doesn't work and I am not able to login in it. So please fix this glitch or bug.
It’s a great app , great features and ease of investing into mutual funds to insurance. The navigation is pretty user friendly and gives you update on a daily basis. This also gives you CIBIL score and tells you the history of credit to where do you find yourself as far as “ Good or excellent “ in various categories of credit history “. This will help you improve your score as well.
Very irritating. Although am updated with the latest build, while trying to login it is always asking me to update. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the problem persists. This isn't the first time happening. Have been using the app since last 3 months. The app has been updated twice after that. Please take care of this problem. Otherwise the app experience is good.
I was using it seamlessly, however after an update it is asking for the PAN. Even after entering the correct PAN multiple times, it shows that it is incorrect. The team is requested to look into this bug at the earliest and madhe the experience smooth once again. Hello I was contacted by the support team, without their intervention itself, the app was back again running. I think it was a glitch initially. I would like to rate it 5 stars. Please take care of this wonderful app.
Full of bugs. Doesn't accept _ on email in sign up page and @ on email in the profile page, to state 2 of the bugs. Pathetic!!!!! Amateur app! Substandard
Worst App ... Clicked on Forget password and changed my password.... Still showing me invalid password.... Moreover, it has my email id and number ... Still allowing me to sign up and not giving me ability to enter my email id.
While registering it creates problems. Email is ok and OTP is also coming. Once you put the OTP email address vanishes and pop up coming put the email address and the tab of Email is inactive. Disgusting 🥺
I am trying to add minor in my profile but the app is not allowing me to add the documents. When I am clicking on gallery option the app stops working
The app directs users to update profile data. Once you do it, it says it is there with PAN. If so it should not ask or give users to skip. Skip option is not there. Funny part is when you exit with disappointed, it further ask don't you want to update? All funny 🤣
The app is keep crashing upon opening since last 10 days even after reinstalling in Android powered device which was not the case before such period. Pls update the system or bugs if there is any
I have tried to buy mutual fund through this app. My amount got debited and on app it shows payment failed..it was around 2 month back and I am continuously sending mail to support team ..there is no update till now . Provided all the required details.. worst customer service..
I have purchased additional units in mutual fund via kfinkart app Amount was debited but units was not allotted till date Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis as the time limit to allotment of the units as per sebi guidelines are over. As I have already registered my complaint many times but still unit allotment is pending from your end. These issue arises only after updating the app

App is not supporting while going for new investment in new folio. It is showing please update your profile and while going for updating profile. There is no any thing pending for updation . However, it is showing your profile is completed 90% instead of showing 100%. But, pending part is not visible and not guiding what to upadte. This is to be looked into by the tech team. That's why I am giving only one ⭐.
It's user friendly. One have total information at finger tips. Additional investment is simple. Follow few steps and finished.

Whenever I click on investment button on piggy bank symbol then redirect to hoke page and message iscoming "KFinkart is experiencing crashes - pl. contact Kfinkart customer service for solution. This is happening for last 10 days and it is very difficult to use this app. please give the solution immediately.
I updated the app yesterday, after which the unlock pattern doesn't work. The same issue is being faced by my relatives also. Kindly look into it.
Completing all sign up activities, unable to complete profile, providing same validation again and again even after providing details. app is pathetic not providing proper messages hence NOT ABLE TO INVEST. Trying something else. Wanted to attach senseless validation screen shots but no option here.
