Poorly done. I miss the old one! Back too the drawing board you go whomever developed this updated application. Back to Fox I go. Hope you all fix this.
This app sucks now that it changed. Not helpful at all. Hard to navigate too. Such a disappointment

The 2/2019 upgrade is a real improvement over the 2/2018 version. So far - haven't encountered any bugs or crashes like the previous one (using the same android tablet & OS)
No text in the forcasts or expected precipitation. Was a huge fan of the old version. Now uninstalling.

Love the updates. This is a tremendous improvement over the previous version.
Worthless. 1: The widget only shows the current temperature and if it's cloudy, so there is a lot of wasted space. 2: App always opens up to the weather map instead of the forecast. Maybe it's just me, but a very small percentage of my use of the app is looking at radar. 3: The weather map doesn't actually show the weather. I'm looking outside right now and it's very cloudy yet the map doesn't show a single thing.
Crashed far more than it worked. Total waste of space.
Management needs to own their bad decision and find a different weather app to represent KTVN. This app is I inferior in every respect. Read the reviews and make a business decision.
Old version way better. I now use weather bug
Old app was much easier to navigate, with everything you are looking for right up front. Now you have to search around. The hourly slider is a slick idea, but in practice it makes seeing how the day will progress more difficult, because now you can only see one hour at a time. You should not be looking for new and inventive ways to hide information from your users.
This may be the most accurate weather app for the Reno/Tahoe area, but this new update severely compromised the app's ability to function. The slider on the hourly forecast is a hindrance, the daily forecast isn't always able to display, I'm missing some storm tracks and all earthquakes, and everything takes an eternity to load. Mr. Alger, kindly fire whomever you hired to code this monstrosity, and just slap a new skin on the old app.
Terrible app, they should go back to the old one. I try to click the radar to see what is coming our way in the next hour or so, yet it will only show what happened the previous hour. Doesnt help me much. Dont waste time downloading this app
This new app us terrible, constantly searching for the location, can't swipe to get to other sections. Doesn't give you any info about the day like the old app. It looks pretty looking but it's pretty terrible for function and weather info......bring back the old app!
Loved the former app. This is horrid! Cant find radar, cant change from Reno to other towns or zips ... MY weather and Reno are not the same. This is NOT an improvement. Will stop using as it is useless to me
Old app was much more in detail..im a painter and the more info the better..this one doesn't break it down hourly which is very handy in this area of bi-polar weather. In fact I still use the old one too.
I think they actaully simplified the app with a drop bar where you can find everything that used to be on the old app. Just a different navigation. Fine with me 😄 the old one wouldn't load some of the tabs anyways
This new app is bad. It's not user friendly at all. The temperature doesn't come up in the notification bar & the widget doesn't update regularly. I can hardly see the colors on the radar. On the old app, I could see things at a glance, but not with this one. Can we have the old app back?
This app does not have temp in notification bar and it's difficult to find the radar. This interface is a serious step backwards. I'll be deleting.
This is the worst app ever if I could rate it a 0 I would, old app work perfect lot easier to read and understand. I will be deleting it and find another app. Should bring back old app
This was a good app until the new update. It is not intuitive. Now one must search for in formation. Not easy to use and somewhat confusing. You cannot use the old app as it disables it forcing you to update to the new app. Uninstalling this one and looking for another weather app.
This is still a horrible UI. The old app was much better. As many have noted, the hourly slider is not useful. Please bring back the old interface.
The old app was so much nicer and easier to use. The current temperature isn't at the top of my screen anymore..
Like many others, liked the old app. This one is all ads, wants additional information, and doesn't do the simple job of what I want. Tried to use local app, but back to national one
I've tried dozens of weather apps and none are as straightforward as KTVN. Also, I trust that is tied to our favorite local station, for news and weather. I have never had any issues using or loading this app.
