I can't even register an account to use this app. After contacting support I was finally able to get a passcode sent to me, then when I enter it, it says I don't have an active policy. Called KTX they confirmed my policy is active. KTX then transferred me to the actual insurance company on my policy. The insurance company was very confused and asked me why I'm asking them to fix a problem in an app KTX created? LOL. I said they told me only you can fix it and transferred me to you? Then insurance company said No sorry we can't help with this and transferred me back to KTX. At this point I'm just fed up and hung up the phone. Unbelievable experience.

The app keeps rotating itself to landscape, then becomes unresponsive, saying I should rotate it... Otherwise, it's a really good idea, should come in handy - once the bugs are squashed...

Too much bugs for the first try. Pin is 4 digit but you are allowed to set more than that. Once you set your pin more than 4, you will be always be wrong. After three times, you will be bumped and never be able to login again. Stay in loading state for ever, no error popup, no meesage, nothing at all !Calling service, being told it might take up to 24 hours to get loaded. This is just ridiculous!
