We have tried to load the app both in China and in Hongkong. I always get a message saying that it failed to load configuration data.
Can t have the destination in English

System busy all the time
Despite the app showing me drivers around me and where i am located i still cant book a car. The UI requires me to enter my city and address. Except it doesnt recognize hong kong... Im stuck in that step and havent been able to book and trips.
Will not use their service as this kind of service is considered illegal by Hong Kong police.

如果大家想試試 Android 版「一號專車」嘅話，可以慳番喇，雖然佢 What's New 話 KuaidiONE is now serving in Hong Kong，但你係入唔到香港嘅 destination address 嘅，佢係用大陸高德地圖，成個天水圍只見馮家圍，大嶼山只見大東山，機場見到用唔到，銅鑼灣失蹤，希望唔係香港 2047 寫照啦。 Uninstall 有啲手尾，要手刪 folder amap 廚餘（高德地圖），仲有一個 Baidu folder，冇研究喇，嚟手 delete 埋，另外一個 VIPone 咁上下樣嘅 folder（刪得太快，唔係好記得全名喇），VIPone 裝住 KuaidiOne 啲靚相，呢個又幾係大陸寫照，啲相幾靚幾 cool 㗎，一啲都唔老土，但係一用就穿崩。 仲有，payment 係 credit card，冇 cash option 㗎，我有一張低額 virtual credit card，專門用作 online payment，咁就同佢搏下啦，但係如果你張係幾皮 limit 嘅正卡，咁就唔好拎嚟玩喇，因為我唔知佢個 credit card data 係 stored on server 定 client，即係有機會一經登記，無得刪除。 其實有冇人用過 iOS 版？佢係咪真係香港有生意㗎？
