Game is fun but ultimately unplayable on my phone (an LG spirit); it's slow as a slug to react to my commands and sometimes it even misunderstands what I want to move where, or it crashes out of nowhere, also slow to move in and out of levels and options taking about 30 secs or more for some things to take effect, so unfortunately I had to uninstall it. A shame.
was never realy into candy crush syle games before. however im delighted to see a combat style system in play. and whats more is i thinki saw an rpg like leveling system for your characters. if im to ever give this game syle a chance this is the game to for it. and it helps that Kubo is an awesome movie ;) lets hope it only gets better from here on out

Nice game, good graphics. While I adore George Takei, him screaming into my ears is not something I want. I don't like that the voices are louder than everything else.
Nice game,has a new feel on match 3 games but unfortunately isn't optimized for 18:9 devices.I am giving 5 stars hoping a new updated version with a correctly scaled game and smooth transitions between ingame tabs

revised review dated 17 February 2019 - the game seems to be no longer in development - the domain is down, and no new levels are being created beyond chapter 7....
Freezes often. Have to turn screen off and wait a while to turn back on. Then the game itself gets too difficult too quickly to be fun. More frustrating. Here in the 2nd part and all the creatures got like 4 times as difficult to beat without any decent new monsters to fight with without actually spending money. Funny, most games wait until you are at least 125 levels in before they start requiring money to be spent to win games. Even if it's a fun game and I would make micro purchases, it's too soon to tell if it'd be worth spending money on. Not far enough in to be hooked. Someone in your game development needs to take some marketing courses. J. S.
