If ½ a 🌟 were an option I would have selected it for a rating... I didn't get past the "Create A New Account" selection before I began crashing and no matter what I did, I couldn't get it to work at all!!
Hard to navigate. Doesn't save any info for faster payment & check out. Not user friendly at all. Idk why they charge a fee?!
Crashes 100% after reaching end of tutorial. Clearing cache/storage lets me launch without creating. But can't get past tutorial without crashing.
I have been using this app for the pass 4 years and never had a problem till now. When i tried to pay my bill in December it started saying that it cant accept my payment. Please fix this.
I'm trying to access my account and cant. Tried resetting my password and I'm following the prompt but it's still saying not strong enough. Even its its 60 letter password. Not happy! Just trying to pay bills!!!
Can't even create an account on my phone. Everytime I minimize app to retrieve 5-digit verification code it logs me out and sends a new 5-digit code when I log back in. Which creates an infinite loop of idiocracy. 1 star is too high of a rating for this App. Holy 🤬
Used to be okay but no longer usable to pay without hassle. There is always sign in login issue now plus.Very annoying. Not sure how this still can exist in google play with this low rating.
When I search for my biller Kubra search engine does not find it. Also, I reset my pw because I forgot it; however, while on the app I have been asked to reset my pw three times in a row on the same session. Something is wrong...
It's not a quality bill payment and I blame my water company for using them smh. My bill keeps being late because this app ain't dependable for payment.
This app is terrible! I downloaded it and as soon as I opened it, it says app stopped working and closes.
Was never a great app. Stopped working, tried Uninstall and reinstall, still not working.

not that great, and a bit temperamental. then there's that $3.50 charge added to my already astronomically high electric bill that just makes me want to freaking SING. belongs in the same class as atm's charging you a fee for the privilege of accessing your own money...or a check-cashing service taking a percentage of your paycheck or refund...or late fees...you are charged EXTRA because you don't have enough money to pay. this is what it COSTS to PAY. *ugh*
