My experience with the Kuda app has been great. However, the Savings Goal option needs tweaking. It doesn't give you the chance to make up for missed payments, and that impedes its purpose for me. Once you missed a day, you couldn't meet your target - so what's the point, really. I moved elsewhere in terms of savings but I'd be eager to use the Goal option again when you people fix it.

Facial Video login is rubbish. After it's say successful in recording one's face, it's takes a longer time to process, then all of a sudden says "something isn't right", and cancels the whole process (complete 2 to 8 minutes, worst case 10 minutes). I still don't understand why all these fintech companies because of security, will make something so simple in previous versions become so complex in updated version, to the extent, their customers will be frustrated and forced to switch apps.

Everything was fine with using this app until recently when I could no longer log in to the app. Kept on saying "something isn't right. please try again." And I have not been able to get in touch with their customer care. My emails are unreplied. Calls to their customer care number are not connecting. The recent experience using this bank app has been very frustrating and worrisome.

App was great, but that was before the second to the last upgrade 😤 I used to be able top up and also perform other transactions when I've ran outta data, not until of recent.. That has been made a thing of the past, it just sucks when you know you've got cash but can't access it just because you ran outta data.. Pls this particular feature should be replaced in the next upgrade, asides that, it's all good..

I have been using kuda beautifully well for my business, until I updated the app and it refuses to log in. Sincerely someone kept money with me, now I can't log in to transfer the money to the owner, I uninstall and reinstall the app, its the same thing, I can't log in, it's just telling me something is wrong.

My kuda experience have been amazing But I have 2 complains 1. Account balance is left visible on your dashboard for everyone to see, there should be like an option to blind balance (balance should be blinded by default) and making it visible should be when customer wants to do so 2. I have referred friends to kuda, and I have noticed they av been having issue verifying there BVN or NIN document. It gives several error msgs for no reason. Pls look into it, account opening is discouraging.

The app is good and easy to use. But recently the E.E.D.C. postpaid stopped working. Each time I tried it kept saying " something isn't right". You get frustrated when you have lots of bills to pay and couldn't. Please fix this issue in your next update. Until then, the app is not longer encouraging.

Very poor, I wish it's possible to give you a negative star. Everything was going smooth not until recently. I have some money in my account and have been trying to withdraw it using my kuda card but keep saying insulfificient fund.i try transfer still the same thing. I have exhausted all the means provided within the app to reach you yet the situation is not resolved or not attended to. Pls fix this and let me withdraw my money since this is how your app runs.

This is not a way out, because this two factor authentication is not working at all after showing you that successful, but totally this app updating was too frustrated. Before now i thaught that kuda is the way out but you just damaged your banking app. Just go edit it like the few days ago.

Well I can say that my experience with this app has been hectic from the first time I installed it on my phone. Verifying my identity has been frustrating till date & untill now. Everytime I attempt to verify my identity, I always get this response in return. "Sorry we couldn't text you your one-time password. Please, try again". And as such I have neither been able to use the app nor even known my account number. Kindly assist please...

I'm on a stable WiFi connection so I know this isn't a network provider issue. This is a poor user experience from kuda!!.. I have written email to the support team until now no response!

I should give it 5 stars because I really like the app and it is very effective but you never can tell where there is a fault until you use all the features. I use the app for basic transactions like airtime and transfers and it has served me well in these areas.

Really great app. But my suggestion is that you should give an option for document upload instead of using camera option only. Some people's phone have a low camera. Quality with may not capture the details needed clearly.

I don't understand why it seems so difficult to connect with the customer service, i have been trying to link my ID to the account so i can be used unlimited transactions and it's keep saying (The Identity authority couldn't validate your Id document) and that's the same NIN i use on my others bank, honestly speaking this is so annoying. I have been trying to reach the support service but no access.

If there were anything like zero star, that's what i would have rated both the Bank and the app. One of t annoying thing about this Bank is their customer service. I have called, texted, sent countless emails for more than a month now concerning a refund. No one ever picks the phone it just wastes your airtime and you would be forced to drop the call. And please if you are looking for a refund whatsoever, i'll advice that you wait on God because their customer service is as incompetent as Ever.

I have tried reaching out to the Kuda Help Team via email and the reporting channel over a POS transaction that did not go through since on the 30th of April 2022 and I have not had any response nor reversal, this was not the case with reversals initially. I guess there is a challenge but at least you should have sent me a mail (not automated BOT responses). I imagine the team would see this and get in touch so the money could be reverse. Thank you in advance.

This is the best Banking app, but there's room for improvement, I can't request for physical card, think SMS alert is needed for both debit and credit transactions, one can't be online everytime. 2.app's stability and compatibility with many android phones need to be looked into. Please when will you guys resume giving ATM cards?

Immediately I got my card, I wanted to activate it straight up. But one thing I didn't like is that the Scan Code feature doesn't work. It's shows the numbers, but doesn't store them. If it's not working, remove the Scan Code feature completely to avoid confusion. Then allow users to only enter the card number and other details manually.

At first I was quite hesitant to use Kuda because of past reviews but notably, there has been a lot of improvement and it's cool. Though I am not really satisfied with the saving option because I can't lock the funds for a certain period of time. Safelock should be added because of people like me that can't resist using the money set aside for saving 😂😂

I just have a suggestion with regards to the savings option, I think it would be a better experience if you can add an option where one can manually top up the savings plan, either with the specific amount or other amount of money... its been a great experience so far, but there are little little things that still need amendment on the app. firstly, the deduction of the goal saving is not regular. secondly, their should be space for top up on the goal saving should in case someone want to top the saving up in other to make up for some days. the aspect I love most is the spend and save. its really a great experience
