It's been perfect so far except for the delay in the customer care response, you log an issue for a failed/declined but debited POS transaction and it takes days to get response, too poor. The nomba colours are beautiful except in the transaction history. Let the credits be in green, the debits in red and the balance amount in black just as it was in Kudi, and the balance amount shouldn't be more visible than the transaction amount. 4 🌟 for now.
Please, technical support team, we need help now. I cannot buy airtime amounting from 100 to 500 with App again. Why. Sometimes people would want to buy airtime of 100, 200 or 500 but I can't use app and make the payment again because the App doesn't surpport it again. Help!! Please we want to be OTP cardless withdrawals just most POS companies now are doing. Update. Nomba is good. I advice new users not to be confused, proceed with downloading and open your account. Both customers and agents.
Your app is not reliable, having deducted issues and i don't know who to text or contact... Its not reliable... stay awake from this app guys I'm talking from experience.. I'm even very angry sending this ..this people are purely wicked...they are not here to keep your money safe,no customer service to reach for emergency
If the programmers are not ready they shouldn't have dished out a new app. I can't even access the app any longer. It keeps telling me update app after updating and trying to open it gives me the update app option again or exist.
You guys are not doing a good job,your charges for transfers are to high,your app is only for those who use your POS,an average person cannot use your app,you charge #45 for just one transaction, people are finding hard to minimize their use of money,and you're contributing to the loss of value of it,I have no choice but to shut down my account with you.
Easy to use, encompassing of financial solutions and with a great interface. A good upgrade on the previous Kudi App. Keep it up!
It’s the best app it can be. Safe and user friendly, quick response and so on. But. Yea😀, but, I can’t access it on apple’ AppStore. Pls do something.
I reset my phone and the kudi app was removed and I downloaded it again i am trying to login is not working, dey write dey will send a WhatsApp SMS to my number up till now i have not seen the SMS message and i can't have access to my app 😡😡😡😡
I can't understand why you would not only require permission to access my contacts, but to also make phone calls without my permission. I'll give it one (1) star for privacy reasons.
WOW!, KUDI has proven to be one of the best POS companies out there. I advice u to try it. Since I started my business I've always believed in kudi. I've sold different POS bought from many other companies because of their series of network issues. But Kudi has a different story.All agent I advised to use kudi POS confirms it to be one of the best.But the software mentainance should help us. This days kudi debits our customer,& slows in showing bank account balance.The network is becoming slow.
At first every thing good,but since i started experincing dis issues its been really bad,why is it dat kudi as at nw Nomba will give a whole 72 working hours to give feedback on layed charge backs,delayed credit and so on,isnt 24 hours or 48 okay,expecially for us that are using the terminal for business,it shd be a great concern to change the system cos other terminals work dis way,and about dis new updated app,its nagging toomuch,i can no longer make subsriction for my customers frm the app.
Hhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, kudi POS terminal is disappointing me oooooh. Anytime I do transfer, it takes hours to get to the destination, most times I'll have to raise a complain and what I'll see is refund. I keep having issues with my customers on transfer and is very bad.
Please you all have been doing great but my app hasn't been able to login so far and there's no accessible customer care to attend to issues. Coupled with no ATM. So you guys are actually cutting customers away from there businesses.
The problem with this app is that, it can't even install, all it shows is pending so it can be downloaded in to my phone, how do I work with it? Please you guys should do something about the app so that I can access my transaction okay.
I can't do anything on the app, no dashboard. Meanwhile I have upgraded my account and applied for POS, yet nothing is showing for me on the dashboard.
It's just a disservice to the agent . I made a fund transfer since morning up till now it hasn't dropped .Once they say the issue is resolved on the app you'll never get their attention again! All the mail I sent to them in respect of the fund nobody responded since
Penultimate to the emergence of Nomba App, I have had a lingering challenge upgrading my profile/account to a tier 3 model. By virtue of this, I'm stranded. This is a nagging problem; why so?
Better are they now. Keep doing great. Deduction issue do occour some times with customer. But they always refund it. Wish it can happen to any one aside nomba formal Kudi.
This app is so useless, can't log in for quite number of days now and customer care are not even picking their lines while upgrading to this rubbish in first place.
I haven't been able to login for two days now, error message ''invalid phone number or pin' but the my terminal is transacting with the same pin.. please try and resolve this for me.
The new update has been amazing except that some options have refused to pop up for selection. For instance, the option for networks selection in my app doesn't pop up so I can't do airtime or Data top up from my app. It should be looked into please.
The App is full of headache no region to chat customer service only bringing unuseful service list. If you encounter problem you will be stranded and frustrated like am I rite now
I'm highly disappointed in this upgrading of the app, cause I'm an agent and I did transfer from my terminal to my main account and my main account was not credited. Please resolve this issue
The app is good and the business is running smoothly. But please I mistakenly transfered the sum of #50 000 to a fellow kudi agent on 1st April since I have not gotten my money back. I sent mail to support and the super agent till today I have gotten nothing.
This new style with transfer is really frustrating, puting customer name and phone number is fyn but why is the transaction still declining? Snapping a customer will really affect business. I guess dropping Kudi or Nomba terminal willbe the next option.
I mistakenly click on insurance option and two thousand naira (#2000) was deducted from wallet account of which I did not authorize any such transaction. Unsubscribe me from that insurance policy and revise my money back to me. I need it seriously for my business please.
No customer care number, inbuilt app is not functional and does not contain all the problems encountered on daily bases.Problem resolution is zero with this nomba, try every possible Avenue to get to speak with someone but the number to is not functional I have not had an contact with any of their representatives, am I dealing with a ghost?. It seems this app is not save at this moment.
I doubt if this App can be trusted cause my money keeps hanging everytime and i need to keep calling the customer care line. This is really unfair,yet to receive my 45000 going to 24 hours and it showed successful.
hello, good morning! I was shocked only to see that my account was debited the sum of #2000 yesterday at around 12-1pm, and I didn't perform any transactions as such. PLEASE, you people should endeavor to resolve the issue as soon as possible; and return my money back to my wallet within today. Reason being that I want to use that money for something urgent. Thanks.
Nomba has good network. But there customer service is the worst I have experienced. I use other MMOs too So I can say that Nomba has the worst customer service. They take days to respond to emails, no in-app chatting to help resolve issues, all their phone numbers do not work except one that rings once in a while and that one sef it will keep advertising and suddenly disconnect. I'm considering abandoning their POS cos u can't get swift response/resolution when you encounter a challenge.
