Kuji Cam

Pretty happy with this. Have had the premium version for over a year. I like how it's buy and keep and not subscription based. Love this app for the variety and nostalgic vibes while keeping it simple. Would love to see a shuffle feature for filters and dust. Would also love to see a video editing feature.

There are quite a lot of similar apps & I've downloaded my fair share of them - only to end up finding one I like better. This mos'def has become my go-to after discovering it. I particularly enjoy that it has such a vast variety of filter options, ability to import a photo from your own Gallery to edit, & it's vast photo editing options (ie: re-sizing feature formatted for Instagram posts). I don't usually opt to buy premium versions for apps, but for only 99¢, it was well worth it for this!

I absolutely love this app. I use it for all of my Instagram photos. But as of recent updates, the app is entirely flooded with advertisements. Three will pop up before I've even entered the app, and then another two when I begin to edit my photo! And when I want to save the photo at the end... Guess what, another two advertisements. :( This isn't even an exaggeration... The app never use to be like this, and it lags your phone really bad. Please calm down with the ads! 1 or 2 is fine!!

Used to LOVE the app; even paid for it. Not anymore. It's over a month & I can't edit any of the photos that are in my lab. Photo doesn't even appear, then it immediately crashes if I tap any of the editing buttons & none of my "recipes" are there. Starting to regret purchase if they can't keep up on something so simple. I'll happily change review if they keep up on it...but I doubt it. This isn't the 1st time this has happened. App had/has a lot of potential, too bad the creators don't keep up.

The filters (even just the 4 free once) are enough to get your retro style fixed. It makes pictures very well and a good focus. Pictures sometimes come out better than i would have thought while taking. The light flashes can be a little over the photo, the dirt can make it look like you took a picture of your picture, it works well in surtain situations but not always, but are addable and removeble at own choice. Ads are frequently until you buy the app, but still trying to find some reviews on if that is worth it

Love this app so much I HAD to buy the full version. It's so worth it because you get an insane amount of filters. I love that you're able to save your effects to quickly add it to multiple pictures. Only reason it's not 5 stars is simply for the fact that there is no shuffle effects button. I'd love to be able to shuffle the filters and light effects seperatly while in shooting mode to just quickly have a different effect instead of having to manually choose. Helps for spontaneous photo ops.

Update: the premium version is not updated to my new phone. I'm being asked to pay to upgrade now. Why? It clearly states one time purchase. Hopefully, this bug is sorted. |||||||||| Using the paid version, it's worth it for the effects and filters that i was looking for my photography style. Made it easier to publish my work faster than before

Despite the update, I am still unable to download the pictures to the photos folder. I have to close and reopen the app every time I want to edit a picture. I really love the looks and editing capabilities of the app so works really appreciate a fix to this bug.

It's ok, but ruined by all the ads. If there's no ad to pop up, anything related to following them on other social platform will pop up, and it's annoying. As the app itself, it takes good pictures with better colours than the default one, but it is RELATIVELY laggy after using it.

Since past few updates, when it saves after an edit it goes back to the unedited version, I can't download a picture, when it does save the edited one, I have to screenshot it. If I click on a photo it doesn't open it, it only shows the edit but like onto of the rest of the UI. I love the app but currently it's basically unusable. Please fix it

Best vintage camera ever! It perfectly emulates the classic feeling of photography. Everytime I use this app I feel very nostalgic. The only app where it gives you a different feeling and emotion. But, 4 stars for now because of the ads. I suggest removing the add and make a filter named after your sponsors.

Used to be my favourite app to take photos on but now that they've introduced ads into it, its basically un-useable ... I understand ads every now and then to help fund the app, but you take 1 pic and then 2, 30 second ads play....and you have to watch them both before you can take another pic or even see the one you've just taken - I uninstalled it even though it was a favourite of mine because I just can't use it anymore - very sad because it worked great before xx

I love Love LOVE this app ❤️.The original kuji filter is the best . And you get to edit your photo from the date ,the speckels and so much more.I just can't believe this app is real!!!!!!But it's not worth the subscription or they call premium I think they are the same thing, and I've heard all your recipes that you make aren't even there when you go to them,the photos in the lab don't show up and the app constantly crashes so not paying is way better than waisting your money.

Holy sht this app is hands-down the best I've ever used like this. The free filters and effects really hold up, but it's 1000% worth premium upgrade and is an absolute steal for a one-time under $3. A huge amount of options without feeling overwhelming or as though it's just quantity over quality. Definitely looking out for more apps by these guys!

Despite the name and quick glance, not a simple Huji clone. Great, well researched filters, easy to use and the paid option is pretty cheap. Only thing stopping me giving full marks is it auto-adds dust that you have to manually remove after, and that Huji is still #1 for the ultimate disposable camera filter. Still a solid 4.5-star app though.

Totally in love with the Kuji clicks ! It has so many varieties of filters , lighting , dusts et al. Above all , its automatic edit is no less ; whenever I click a picture using Kuji , I need not edit it much as Kuji's automatic edit is superb. Just if some minute changes are needed (rarely though) , I edit a Kuji click my way ! Kuji at its best !❤

Insurmountable pile of junk! - I needed to apply a simple chromatic aberration effect ("3D" in Kuji) to one of my photos. I tried both Huji and Kuji apps; both were absolutely useless. I applied the desired effect to my photo, saved it, yet the app continued on applying other filters and affects to it that I never did choose. Not to mention the anoying 30 secons ad I had to put up with before each saving. I ended up going on foot with Photoshop instead. Terribly counterintuitive. Wasted my time.

This is amazing! It gives the same affect as huji cam, except now you can choose photos from years ago that you want to have that amazing aesthetic filter! When I first downloaded huji cam, the only issue was you could make previously taken photos from your phone have the filter... But now with Kuji cam you can do that! This is honestly the thing I was missing before, but now I can change my old photos to newly improved ones! 😘💖🔥Amazing!

Just four of the filters are free of cost, all other are paid filters it's mean this application is a waste of time.. there are some better application than this like Inshot.. At least 3 filters are must free of cost from every section of filters otherwise it's a totally useless how you could tell about the thing without using it.. Thank You..

Love the app. Only feedback, with the vast number of filters, lights, etc, it would be useful if there was a comparison tool or something to quickly see between two effects, instead having to scroll all the way back and forth.

So many filters to pick from quality effects, absolutely wonderful. But a few week into using the app am unable to edit my pictures because while editing or saving my pic the screen just turns white and takes me back to the camera thereby losing all my work progress. The ads are way too many and too frequent.

Horrible user interface. Nothing is intuitive. Where's the access gallery button? Should give option of not automatically overwriting original pic and applying 3D and crappy light effects to it. So many better photo filter apps available. This one is garbage and I do not recommend it to anyone.

it's a cool app, just wish there were a better way to unlock more filters rather than paying for them. Would be cool to implement a video function as well. Another thing, my grain function has disappeared? overall it's cool.

This thing really surprised me, especially the editing feature which I didn't even notice at first because it isn't highlighted for some reason it has amazing filters and a lot of features.although I found my self talking pictures with my regular pixel 2 camera then editing them here. This app could really benefit from access to the phones camera features just like what snapshat did since Google allowed third party app developers to work with its camera. And a zooming feature would really help. paying for the full version

limited control on filters. i bought the package thinking after i could have more control over "white noise" and "dust" on photos, and also choose what light flares would appear on photos. incorrect, just chooses them for you and it's a gamble if the photo will actually look good with the flare or be ruined.

Great App. I've had a lot of fun with this on my trip to California. Something I'd love to see is RAW .dng support though. I like shooting editable photos in my professional camera app and throwing on filters later. RAW support would give me ultimate control and make importing easier for me.
