KUL Shopping

It seems that they are selling low quality products. I purchased two items and both had issues although they seem to be original. One perfume was already opened before and wasn't the same as the purchased item. The other perfume had manufacturing defects. It seems that's why the prices are cheaper than other stores.

Very nice shopping from kul. Very reasonable price and products are very good quality. If I don't like something..there z very easy returns. excellent use of money in online shopping. Give a must try.

Poor customer service and follow-up concerning returns / refunds. Other e-commerce service providers proactively give refund irrespective of product being picked up especially where customer has done 2-3 chasers and importantly where the service provider is at error. Product listing is also not very detailed in terms of information vis-a-vis popular e-commerce portals

bad experience for this online shopping app... i ordered 3 items, but they delivered only 1, they charge for delivery without completing my orders,, so again another delivery charges for the remaining orders,.. really upset 😞😞😞😞😞

I gave 3 stars and i suppose to give it 5 but I'm very disappointed that I ordered HDMI chord for TV tO Mobile.And it's clearly stated on description that it's for Android but what you gave to me is for iPhone and iPad..Though I do have those 2 devices but what I need is for Android..

I submitted i combined to mci.gov Sa . 4 orders out of 4 , 2 different items after 2 weeks waiting and 2 order showing delay after payment submitted. Plus app crush all the time Not recommended at all . Worst shopping app.update nothing solved . Update 2 your phone number not working as answer machine said your employee works from home we cant answer any call only contact our email, i did but no response at all

I've order a perfume then they give me not same in my order. I asked a return permission and before that they get may item and they didn't back the money. Just a small amount but my trust to KUL is over. Don't try to shop to them just a warn to you guys.

I am really disappointed of this application,when I already checkout the items,and already give my location,said need additional address,,I write the location where I am,and then invalid city,two days now I'm wasting my time for this application.

Am really disappointed about the slow delivery process and poor communication, I placed my order on 23rd April 2020 and the estimated delivery date was 17 may but today is 19 and I haven't received the order or even an explanation as to why it's delayed. The application would be great if you guys s worked on your communication at least give someone a call and explain to them what really happened to their orders

Very bad , very bad experience first time , not received items as per advertise, received fake items and I returned back, waiting for my money back

I bought backpacks from this app, very cheap quality, the zippers broke off from the first use, and coz they know its bad quality and they can sell them cheap, their is no reviews option on the app or else where, and all items I bought HD a no return policy on it اشتريت شنط للظهر من السوق، جدا جودة سيئة، السستة كلهم انكسروا من اول استخدام، وللنهم عارفين انه الجودة سيئة و يقدروا يبيعوها رخيص مافي اي مكان تقدر تكتب فيه تعليقات على المنتج او الابلكيشن ولكل اللي اشتريته كان له سياسة عدم استرجاع
