Kumari Mobile Banking

It's dashing software design by F1 soft . Little bit need to be improved. Almost a very secure connectivity for UI. Some time it's asked for fingerprint verification for login and making transaction but I have already activated. So again I have to login throughout fingerprint.

Worthless apps !!! It crashes itself after login is done. It has been more than a week the problem is rendering like this. Why aren't the concerned authorities paying attention towards these things..?? Fix it as soon as possible. Rating less than 1⛤.

Excellent job by the team working on this app. Giving regular updates with improvements, exactly what we expect. Still the app's interface could be better. Other than that, good job. Update: New interface is absolutely amazing.

I can't access my ATM card neither this properly. Truly useless and the information is never shown about the transaction just reminds to login daily. This is as useless as Bank named Kumari Bank limited. And when I needed the most I can't pay from online it just debit the sum but can't pay the bills and the money is deduced to insure it I have to complain everytime for every unfortunate transation caused by this app. Thank you!

Two major problems that I found 1st while opening the notification from notification bar app says sesson expired. 2nd link does not open from the app. Hope you guys will fix it. Cheers!

Excuse me!!! I have a problem here while activating the account. When i click the "activate" option, nothing shows up, just the 'next' icon shows up, nothing more. So can you tell me whats the issue might be?

Everytging was fine until yesterday i couldn' t opn the app. It crashes right away. Seems like few other people are facing this problem. There is no problem in my phine but you guys need to keep updating the app. I still cannot use the app. Please fix this bug soon.

Loan is taken only when the person doesn't have money...but it's feature of fone loan says..u can't have fone loan because your income to this bank is not sufficient ....what is this fone loan is for ??...don't update features like fone loan if you can't make it proper to use for clients !!!!

I'm not been able to login to my account. It shows requesting for a minute then says "its taking to long to process your request". I'm out of country and can't even visit the branch can someone please help me how to solve this issue.

Worst😠😠😠 While I tried to pay Insurance amount via this app , I became unable because this app always says failed. I tried 100 times but this app again said failed although I had input correct informations. Make this app able to pay Insurance bills. Other wise I will cancel the Mobile banking subscription. Kumari Bank is eating customers money in the name of mobile banking but the app of mobile banking is useless.

What's wrong with this app? Incredible 😕 it was working properly suddenly shows incorrect phone number or password, i am trying to login with my phone number and pp but it is not working. What's the issue?

Your mobile crashes once i log in ..i was in your chabhil bank and told them about log in issue. They showed me that it is working in their mobile phone and said issued was with my phone not mobile banking. What is wrong we are having issues here and replied was with my phone rather then their mobil banking issue .

The privacy alert in Android 11 says that the app is using my camera even when I am not using the scan to pay feature. This should not be the case. Please look into this and fix this privacy issue ASAP for all F1soft developed mobile banking apps.

Good app but every time it asks for call and other permission. And while update is available it forces to update otherwise it doesn't work which is inconvenient while using in mobile data.

Its a good app from Kumari bank. Very easy, and simple to use for any one. Can transfer money within a moment. Thanks for this service.

I am not being able to login by fingerprints..and I m unhappy that the app doesnt log in offline..previous apps worked offline too..You need to work on these..

worthless app when activating sevice always says "it seems we are having some problems.please try again later". Admin please solve the problem.

This app is really useful but the negative side of its is sometimes it got error & the phone pay transaction have done double, I had suffered many times this problem beside that it is good

Very useful app. But Not smart enough without password recovery option incase fogotten but may be its due to security reasons.

Login is very difficult to access, it takes too much time to open the app and sometimes times app doesn't even open

This app is not working recently. Problem in log in & app said that contact near by bank but bank staff say that it will be fix automatically soon.

I am facing problem while using this kumari smart while linking to fonepay. It sends error message when making QR for fonepay and I could not be able to pay by Kumari mobile banking, while in the sametime other mobile banking apps functioned properly for fonepay.

Worst mobile app. I can't reset my password. It shows invalid mobile number. And the service numbers are not responding and are busy.

Useless verification procedure once you open account things should be easy like funds transfer and mobile banking.its again asking me to do the verification to increase transaction limit waste of time

It helps to check the balance. But any other service I choose to use, it says "No feature assigned"!
