KUNC Public Radio App
The KUNC Public Radio App allows you to listen to KUNC live, pause and rewind the live audio, and view the program schedule for the KUNC streams all at once! You can explore On Demand content, search for stories, bookmark a story for later, and wake up to KUNC with the alarm clock!
Live Streaming
• DVR-like controls (pause, rewind, and fast forward). You can pause the live stream to have a conversation and pick up right where you left off! Or rewind to catch a comment you just missed!

During live broadcasts, sometimes allows me to skip back up to 10 minutes to re-hear stuff I missed, then skip forward to catch up to the live stream during ads! But needs fixing, since often throws that audio away or fails to accurately go back and forth in timeline. Also, easy access to podcasts for many of their shows, and the great local news from KUNC. Yay. I love KUNC! But needs better live info on what is playing.
This app takes W A A A Y too long to load the streaming broadcast and crashes fairly frequently. As far as apps I use for streaming content of various kinds, this is by far the slowest and most frustrating. I stick with it because I like the broadcast itself, but if this were any other business I'd walk away.
Have no problems accessing, listening, or enjoying this app. Works great for me
Needs to update news stories more frequently and with specific news graphics
The stream skips extremely frequently, sometimes forward and sometimes back. It also interrupts the content at the most inappropriate times, sometimes every 30 seconds, with commercials. And yes, though you may call them sponsor spots, they ARE nothing more than commercials. Worst.app.ever.
The app often won't even start. Then I'll get the pop up that say that it's shut down. I've deleted and reinstalled several times, but no difference. Just going to avoid further frustration and delete for good.
I hate how it has to refresh ALL. THE. TIME. And it's not quick about it either. All I want to do is stream the darn station. Far happier with the previous, simple, lightweight streaming app.
Love listening on my phone! Took off 1 star because lately, even when I am not listening, the app stays open. I've been having to force stop it to get it out of my notifications bar.
Great radio station. Sometimes the signal is lost. Probably Verizon's fault. That'why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars.
Takes a long time to load and show home page. Program stops streaming intermittently.

Great app but will jump channels on its own, away from news streaming to music or podcasts.

Doesn't fully function on my Android. Also there's no search, and if there is it's not easy to find.
Easy to use
I love listening to my shows on the i70 without running up and down the radio dial.
It shuts off randomly, won't start again until I wait a few minutes before trying to restart it.
