This is great stretching and exercise for the whole body, and you also learn real kung fu in the process. These teachers are high-level students of a Grandmaster, and they teach the Year 1 lessons that all beginner kung fu students need to master before progressing into more complex kung fu techniques. This training builds up the physical body, not only muscles, but the joints and overall strength, so you can truly feel more powerful, but also healthy and balanced. Great stuff.
