Re-installed the app 3 times and still says: "Unfortunately Prism has stopped send feedback" every time I close the app. That, plus all the permissions required just to use it is ridiculous. Spoke with the tech and they want me to ask friend to try app on their phone (REALLY!?). The lights are okay but wires too short for my needs. I just ordered XK Glow for a lot less money with a lot better app! Kuryakyn dropped the ball on this one!
DO NOT BUY!! KURYANKYN WAS BOUGHT OUT 10/21. ALL, I MEAN, ALL THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT STAFF TO HELP YOU WITH PROBLEMS ARE GONE. BUY ANOTHER SYSTEM. In my case I bought the system and had it installed on my bike, yes it's one of the most expensive systems on the market and it will not even connect to my Android phone despite buying the system for $350 and having the shop install it for $600 due to labor. Complete garbage, buy a cheap one off of Amazon and you'll probably be better off. Time waster
Meh. The app works but is clumsy. I kind of had to stumble thru figuring it out. I have the Orbit Prism headlight. Overall, the app works fine and there are some really cool customizable settings for your lights but the app looks and feels like it was made 5 years ago.
Must have access to location, record audio, and access to photos and media to use the app. Absolutely ridiculous to need all that to control some lights. Returned my products and uninstalled the app. Will never use anything from Kuryakyn because of their scamming needs.
When it works, it WORKS!!! However, I have issues w/ connecting to the PRISM controller to my phone. I've Uninstalled & re-installed NUMEROUS times. If tech support can't resolve this bug, then I'll need a refund & different light setup.
Doesn't save Custom colors like advertised.... Worked with them to fix situation for over 6 months. Had high hopes for a updated version but Kuryakyn(Jeff) finally stopped returning my emails . didnt want to leave bad review but I will never buy another Kuryakyn product again. Shame on Kuryakyn for falsly advertising features that dont work.
I constantly have problems connecting. Then it drops out sets of lights constantly even though their perfectly fine. Terrible product.
Very upsetting pos..... Bought two kits and 5 days of installing the lights well guess what??? Junky s&$# don't work and the app is a pos as well....don't waste your time or money....
No reason why this app needs permissions to my camera and microphone, but it won't work unless I allow it access.
There's days it works and there are days it doesn't. They suck bad don't buy the system. Please buy another system.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered two sets or prizm for my M8 sportglide. Both sets are not working. The control box won't connect to Bluetooth and the lights are not turning on..if I connect it to a motorcycle battery which is not installed on a bike electric circuit it works. Terrible ...dnt buy this product!!!!
