They need to improve their software I could not change my reservation through the app. when I contacted them via WhatsApp, they said, call the Istanbul office to change your reservation, and when I contacted the Istanbul office, they said contact the Kuwait airways office in Kuwait. They do not have an international number to call like other airlines. And when I found a contact number for them in the app. for Kuwait, I called, but the call always cut off, I complained 2 times but no responce
Overall the app is good, but ticket booking is possible with credit card only is the major drawback 👎
Keep up the good new improvments . Needs lots of work, but it is a good for a new start . Kuwait airways , we want you the best as before!
Very bad service experienced from Kuwait Airways. They said they have no responsibility on damaged luggage bag...!!! What a service!!! what a customer care communication through email...!!! I used to travel to and from Kuwait every month. This was my first journey with KU, and this will be my last too. Such an awesome experience!!!!!

I booked ticket from Kuwait Airways and flight has been cancelled . When I ask refund money to book new ticket from other airways, they said me that after 30 to 45 days we can pay. Dear Kuwait Airways , how can I book new ticket without money? Please pay cancellation ticket refund ASAP

I have been trying to contact you guys via telephone ,trying yo download your app as well but still no help! Why have you created this app if it isnt being accessible to public. In midst of uncertainity in present conditions what we expect is a response...thats the least your team could do..Hopeless.
Wow, nice Kuwait airways... When i try to book by tajwal app i found same day ticket 800 sar, but on your official app same say same flight only in 1200 sar. I'm speechless, by the way nice job. Keep going this bad work. Uninstalling just now.
Not working since several days: "Oops! There seems to be some problem We are Encountering Server Issues." WHAT KIND OF SERVER YOU HAVE? I never encontered this trouble on any other airways, Even the most "economic" ones!!

I had a flight from kuwait to mumbai twice, A very good expericenceas compare to other flights, the staff was helpful, the food quality was good, hope to get the same experience next time.

Through out the application, in many places scrolling is not working. I was using note 8 android version 9.
Service is very poor.Specially time of pandemic they kept cancelled the tickets and failed to refund the tickets timely manner..It's took about eight months to recover the money.. Customers service and onboard service is very poor.Air hostage are very much rude to their inflight service..
First time it was ok. But on modify flight dates it cant go to next page (3).just after emergency contact information filling after.
It was working good. But now asking update which leads to Google play then error. Now not working at all. Using ANDROID

App is basically for booking and checking your flight details. If you need to cancel your booking, use a PC or Laptop, and if you need to reach them or ask something from them, if would be much better if you do it through WhatsApp as they are very responsive (less than 30 minutes response time). Overall, it's an ok app. Nothing creative or stands out from the app of other airlines.
